AT&T Store

I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Jasper, Georgia. The store manager, Matthew, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He helped me add two lines to my family plan, and also helped me upgrade my kids' phones. He explained everything clearly and took time to answer all my questions. I was very impressed by his customer service; I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for patient and thorough help.

Matthew and Harrison are absolutely OUTSTANDING! They both worked so hard and past operating hours to get my Apple Watch to work with cellular. They could have told me to come back after it became closing time or told me to call the tech support myself and sent me on my way but they didn’t. They stayed there and showed the best darn customer service I have ever experienced. It’s more than just a job to them, and they genuinely care about their customers. They are dedicated and also funny by the way and they definitely know how to get the job done. I will never go anywhere else other than the jasper store

Hunter helped me and went above and beyond with setting up my new iPhone! Harrison was also wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend this store and these gentlemen for all of your phone needs and accessories!

We have never encountered a better AT&T employee than the one we worked with at your Jasper location named Matthew. He was so thorough and concise with his knowledge and explanations . . . and we left the store actually WANTING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GENTLEMAN. With so much competition actively pursuing our money and customer loyalty, it is nice to know that AT&T hires such high quality people with equally high quality CARE for their customers as Matthew. We watched him patiently and very thoughtfully wait on at least 4 other people who had waited a long time for their turn. Like us, they didn't seem to mind because your employee took special care with their concerns and needs. Good job AT&T. You did an excellent job choosing this guy and as long as you continue to hire people like him, we look forward to another 40+ years with you.

Would highly recommend going to this jasper location! Matthew had a busy store but handled it exceptionally well and provided great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and fixed all the issues I was having with my phone quickly and took great care of us.

Had a great experience with Matt who helped me ditch Xfinity. I moved to AT&T for the price, but the service and results have been amazing. My internet pricing is better, and my download and upload speeds are substantially better. I opted for DirectTV Stream as cutting the cord doesn’t really work when you are a sports person. You end up spending just as much or more for all the different individual streaming services. My TV package still has all the channels I need, but costs less than what I was paying with Xfinity. I have wireless, internet, and TV with AT&T. The technician was out next day to set it up, and was honestly the best service technician I have ever experienced. Nothing but great things to say. How can you go wrong getting better and faster fiber internet for less money?! Highly recommend!!
