T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Brought my husband Howard in to upgrade his phone and Drexel helped us, he gave excellent customer service. He gave us the information we needed on our purchase. Told us everything about the phone. We’ve been to several T-Mobile stores and this was the best store. Very friendly staff members. I’d refer anyone looking for a phone and perfect service to come to this location.

Trinidys customer service was awesome. I brought my daughter in to get an upgrade as the old phone was having issues. She was knowledgeable and was so much fun to talk to. I highly recommend this store.

Went into the store with questions about a cheaper plan Tay the store manager helped me out with switching my plan and helped me set up my Netflix account. She was very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable.

I went into the Baton Rouge location on Oneal lane and Tay helped me add my six lines and get two new devices and an internet line. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I’m so excited I decided to switch my families service to T-Mobile !

Trinidy was AMAZING. Incredibly helpful, knew what she was talking about and I had a great experience there because of her. My phone was giving me problems and I was stressed going in but came out with a smile and what I needed. Shout-out to Trinidy.

By far the best T-Mobile store in Baton Rouge! After being with them for over 7 years and after visiting two other stores, the Highland Rd. outlet and the one on the corner of Bluebonnet and Airline, I was about to switch carriers but the associates at this store restored my faith in them, especially Elisha! Ask for him, great young man! The atmosphere was very welcoming and made you feel as a valued customer and member.

I went in and realized it was not GameStop after I was greeted.the guy didn't have his shirt tucked in so I almost left.... He was a good salesman so I stayed. Needless to say I'm typing this on my new T mobile phone.... And it's not a flip phone either... Surprising 5 stars.

We made it there with 15 min left before close and they got us fixed up and out the door with a new line and new phone in no time. They weren't even bothered with my kids (9 and 3) terrorizing their store.

I had a bad experience early in the day and had to eventually leave without being served but I came in later and Brian helped me and stuck in with me during some problems. I changed my review to a good one thanks to him!
