Aldi is the best. Great prices. Well lit. I do most of my shopping here. Always cool stuff in the isle of shame. The frozen pizzas are terrible. The quarter thing used to annoy me but now it reminds me of Germany.

Aldi is a grocery store with a lot of healthy foods with many products cheaper than Walmart.
My husband went to Aldi in Central, then the one off I-10 & Siegan & finally the newest one off O'Neal. Highly Recommend!!

So glad Aldi is finally in south Louisiana. I love the store brand. I love the bare bones, no-frills shopping experience so you can get what you need, explore new stuff & get out without being overwhelmed. I don’t mind bringing my own bags & I’ll find a quarter in my car for the buggy. I’m thrilled & don’t mind driving a few extra miles (I’m coming from Denham Springs) until you guys can make it happen here!

I came to the Aldi on O'Neal Lane in BR for the first time ever on the day before my birthday (February 2, 2024). I like the service and I got my sunflower kernels and left. Will be back when come back to BR from Lafayette.

I am so happy Aldi made their way to Louisiana! This is by far my favorite place to shop!!! You have to pay $.0.25 to get a cart, so don't forget your quarter. You do get it back when you return the cart, but it helps keep the food cost lower since they don't need to pay people to go fetch the carts from the parking lot. Plus, you don't have to worry about a holes leaving carts in the parking spots as much, so no more dings to your car doors! I love their brand of food as well. When I buy produce from Walmart, it goes bad within a few days, but produce from Aldi stays fresh for a couple of weeks! Prices are less than Walmart as well, and the store is always clean and organized! I can't say enough positive things about how much I love this place!

If your name is Alexis Tukes, reevaluate your life. You gave a business an unfair review all because you can’t do a bit of research on a store and can’t take accountability for your actions especially taking your kid out in freezing weather. The store does not have to bend their own policy to worship you because you were ignorant to a new environment. Their prices are low because they don’t need to hire people to push carts back into the store for lazy people like you and they save money by not giving away plastic bags. In short, no one cares about your entitled self or your kid. Walmart is down the street, with all that complaining you should’ve just went there instead.

I love Aldi. There are so many things that you can get at a fraction of the price. And they're just as good as any store brand. You can even find a few brand-name items. Or new items you haven't tried yet. Doing my grocery shopping here definitely saves me at least a hundred dollars over walmart.

Stopped by to check this place out. First impression is great! Open, essentials, extra stuff (cheeses are outstanding), fresh meat and veg.... I will be back!

Helping overcome the unfair one star review by someone who failed to Google the new store opening date. Please post opening date and any soft openings to the local Aldi Insiders FB group.

Had to rate 5 stars to counteract the 1 star review left by someone that couldn’t bother to see the red “temporarily closed” before she drove all the way there. 🙄 Can’t wait to shop with y’all!
