Amanda C. @ Sleep City on Sullivan Rd in BR was awesome! She was knowledgeable about the mattresses in the store. She was attentive and professional. Although she was assisting a customer when we entered the store, she immediately acknowledged us. That was impressive customer service! She was also able to get us next day delivery!!! Our Stern & Foster mattress is firm, fitting, and fabulous!🥰🥰

John was the bomb very informative. Let us lay on multiple beds so that we could make an educated decision on which one was best for us. At first my wife liked a different. Firmness of the mattress and so we were going to buy one of each on a split king and then she finally made it decision that she like mine better but at least we could’ve chosen the one that fits us the best even mix-and-match. Thanks again John for all your support pun intended.

The delivery man Cory & his helper Roger from Sleep City were absolutely wonderful. They were very careful not to scratch the walls or floors as they carried mattresses upstairs. I also needed them to get bed frames down from attic & assemble them. There was a snafu with a bolt & they helped me troubleshoot that. They very patiently waited while I spread dust ruffles over the box springs. They were on time, efficient, and very polite. I gave them a nice tip & it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Sleep City & their employees.

Do yourself a favor and go to this awesome Sleep City! I honestly have never had a better purchasing experience. Amanda was so precious and welcoming! The prices were good and the mattress was absolutely perfect for us!
