I go in and tell them what I want. If they can tell I know more about it than them they usually back off. Overall friendly down to earth staff. Great service, and old school lumber yard action. This place makes me not want to go to home Depot ever again

Come for great selection, service or the best kept pine straw but way cheaper than Cleggs. Stay for 5 bags of popcorn. Seriously I ate five bags and they poked at me I love it

I went in to get a can of Flex Seal because I have a bucket with a hole in it and according to the commercials, it could repair the hole. One of the cashiers took me to the product. Nice customer service.

The team here is unbeatable. Once again, this team has gone above and beyond to take care of me. Box stores cannot match the service quality here. If they are busy, be patient; it’s worth the wait.

Nice store...friendly staff. Watch out for the cats though...they'll walk up on you when you least expect...lol

This place I'd always pass for various reasons, and a friend and I stopped there for the first time. I wasn't there for personal interests, but it was friendly service and covered much more square yardage than I realized from what the front of Pat's presented. The usual hardware store. 🤗

Closing store but opened when they saw me drive up. Could have said closed but instead let me in. Really nice people very helpful. You can tell they want your business.

After 3 stores did not have this in stock finally found the item. Pats had a shelf full. The inventory buyer in this store knows his job and what's needed beforehand for his community
