I recently went to see Dr. Alex after he was recommended to me by several people. As a brand new patient, Dr. Alex was able to get me in immediately and treat me within 10 minutes of calling. It is very obvious that the team here is deeply committed to providing exceptional care to their patients, and making the entire patient process as easy and seamless as possible. I can't say enough good things about my experience here.

Dr. Hoang, along with his staff are very professional, courteous and kind. Dr. Hoang is one of the best, if not the best primary care physicians that I have had! He is thorough, professional, patient, kind and is a pleasure to deal with!

Most medical testing takes place in the same building. There's no need to go riding all over town for simple tests the doctor orders. Most convenient doctor's office I've ever been to.

I have been a patient of Dr Le for years. I have never had a problem, not one time. They really care and have always gone above and beyond.

I don’t know Dr.Lee,I’ve been seeing Dr.A.Hong for almost 10 years and found him to really care about your health,he’s never asked for unreasonable tests or excessive blood test and he’s warned me about taking antibiotics unless absolutely necessary.

Dr. Lee has always been awesome and I've always worked with me even if I came in late or as a walk in

I love the doctors, I hate the office. Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Always a ridiculous wait even with scheduled appointments.
Addendum: Over the past couple years the service has improved since opening a second office.

The overall experience was pretty good. The office could be a little more communicative amd friendly but the doctor was great.

Very thorough examination and surprising amount of available technology. I was able to get an overnight Sleep Apnea Testing Device sent home with me over night rather than having to go to a sleep study at a different location

Slow if u go in the afternoon but if you go first thing in the morning you get in and out Drs really nice seem to care love Dr Tran and they will take walk ins

Care seems good enough, but the physicians will call for unnecessary tests and procedures in the name of “just in case” to run up your bill. Do not recommend.

Is this office shut down or something? I have tried 4 calls to the office to pay my bills in March, 2020. No one answers, then the call automatically disconnect. I pressed 1 and 2. Both no answer! I called billing office. Their billing office is basically useless! All they do is transfer you to a voicemail, all the times! If my account puts in delinquency due to no one takes my payment, this is the proof I have attempted on time. I am not responsible for any results of late payment!
