Vic Stuart - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've done business with Vic Stuart and his office for 8 years now. In that time I purchased a car, financed it through State Farm Bank and held full coverage on the vehicle ever since.

About 2 weeks ago in the blink of an eye I was involved in a car crash up near Fenton, MO. My car was totaled but, we were able to walk away from the accident unscathed.

State Farm Claims initially lowballed my settlement with their initial offer. I called Vic's office and spoke with Teresa, she got word to Vic about what was happening and he called me soon after.

Vic told me that he would make some calls for me and he really went to bat for me. His actions got State Farm Claims to change their tune and I was awarded the full settlement I deserved!

I recently purchased my replacement vehicle and have already added to my policy.

There are many stereotypes that surround insurance agents, Vic Stuart is not one of them. He is very honest, kind, compassionate and empathetic to his clients needs and requests. I'm very satisfied being a client of his office and will continue to do business with them for years to come!

I recently switched all of my State Farm policies over to the office of Vic Stuart. I wish I had done so sooner! Vic and his team are fantastic! They are super friendly with a steadfast devotion to customer service! They immediately went to work for me. I had to make a large change to my boat policy within short notice and in a short time frame. They hopped right on it for me, helping me sort through what I needed done and very quickly I was set and ready to go. I would highly recommend this team if your policies are with State Farm.

Vic is a tremendous insurance agent. He has been proactive in contacting me with any questions/concerns and always takes my call personally (his staff is amazing as well, but Vic always is the guy I talk to). I appreciate that Vic hasn't lost sight of the lost art of customer service and I know he is always there for me. I recently had an auto claim and he took care of everything; well beyond my expectations. I can't rate Vic highly enough, he really is a good neighbor!
