AT&T Store

Noah was great. So nice, easy to work with . Listen to my issue and was the best I have worked with at that store. He is an added ray of sunshine. Don’t know what he makes per hr. But worth more than I am sure he gets.

Great staff. It was very busy yet we were quickly greeted and knew we would soon be attended to. Once Noah began our order he patiently and professionally worked with us until all of our needs were met. All the staff seemed to do likewise with their customers.

Will Scott was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and gave us the most amazing customer service! Nothing needs improved with how he handles the customers. He did phenomenal!

The AT&T store at Lone Pine & Battlefield was so helpful today with a plan change.
An AT&T representative named Noah, went above and beyond to give great service. He worked diligently for 2 days before resolving the issue.
I am appreciative for his dedication to good customer service.

Upgraded my phone, and it was a pleasant experience with no hassles. Oscar did an excellent job! He took care of everything and even called customer service to help with a different issue. Would highly recommend this location if you need assistance!

Mom boss is a very busy Attorney and every time she has to upgrade her phone, she dreads going into the store because it is always a marathon appointment. She just came back and said, "this was the best experience I have ever had. 1.25 hours (I was doubting that 2.25 would be enough...)." She went on and on about the salesman, Tyler Jones, and how he was amazing, efficient and knowledgeable. When it's time for me to upgrade, I will be going to this store and asking for Tyler Jones.

Came in to trade in my phone and it was the easiest process. While waiting I noticed how everyone else in the store was being well attended too. They are good at what they do.

Will Scott at the lone pine and battlefield store in Springfield, MO is awesome!! He was patient, helpful, and very good at figuring out exactly what phone we needed! He just made our Christmas the best!! Thank you Will! 💜

Oscar and his fellow team members went above and beyond to help me update my iPhone. He even found an unresolved issue on my billing statement that will ultimately save me money.

TYLER JONES is amazing - so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable!! My visit to get a new phone today was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had at AT&T, and it took the least amount of time I have ever spent at AT&T (as in 1/2 the amount of time I planned). Go in and ask for him!

They did a great job resolving the issue with my phone and where very helpful.

Cory and Noah helped me pair my hearing aids and went above and beyond to resolve my issue! Highly recommend them!
