Painless Kitchen

James was awesome at presenting the information without sounding like your normal sales pitch. He was thorough with details and added humor in which kept my attention. We ended up purchasing right after the show the same night!! I am so excited to get my cookware and so far I am very impressed with how it works and how easy it is. James was honestly awesome and Bruce was fast and went through the purchase quickly and effectively. I'm defenitly going to recommend to all my friends!!! Thank you!!!

I would have been more inclined to do business with this company if I could have bought individual items versus whole sets. I was also disappointed that there was no real gift registry versus people calling in with money for a product that I would have to pay for in full if no one were to have called. A registry would have been a boost for me and my fiance's motivation. I was also more interested in the china settings but quickly realized that this was not a main purchase option, rather a freebie that you can select if you buy a larger package of cookware. I thought our presenter, Bruce, was very talented, friendly, and personable but these things were hard to overlook for my fiance and I. At the end of the day, these packages were just too expensive to justify when we are starting out. For these reasons, we couldn't purchase the product. We may reconsider in the future, the product was very impressive. However, I will give a 5 star review on presentation! It was extremely well done!

I met this company at a wedding expo and didn't pay much attention to them but the vendor actually remembered my name and face when I went in with my fiance a few days later. They had a great presentation and some really great deals for me. My only complaint is ho expensive they are. But, hey, you get what you pay for. Very high quality products.

We went to a presentation for their products & James was our presenter. He made us feel comfortable & got personal with us. He answered any questions we had (which we didn’t have very many because he covered everything so well.) we will be making an investment towards their products in the near future.

These guys are great! We got invited in to see a demonstration a couple of months ago and received some hotel accommodations for going that we just got done using in San Diego. What a blast, San Diego is my second home, we try to go as much as possible.

They also have some really good prices, we went to a demonstration in Del Mar and Brides Kitchen's pots and pans were twice as good and half the price. The other thing I like about them is that they are not pushy at all.

Absolutely loved the presentation! Bruce is awesome and I really appreciate that when we said we needed some time it was left at that and we were thanked for coming in. We will definitely be back once it is closer to our wedding date! Thanks again!

I was cooking in my kitchen last night and realized how much I love my cookware and cutlery. I have been meaning to leave a review for the past year but have never remembered to do it so today I made a note to make sure I get this handled. Let me just start by saying my food has never been so tasty as it has the past 2 years since using the cookware I got from Brides Kitchen. It not only tastes wonderful but is so easy to clean up after dinner. I have become so spoiled by how my food tastes I don't like eating anywhere other than home. The cookware is absolutely gorgeous also. The knives cut so easily and they have such a great feel. Their balance is amazing. It is so nice to have good knives I can just reach for and use. When I purchased the cookware from Brides Kitchen the entire staff was so helpful and friendly and any time I have had an issue (like the time I went upstairs and completely forgot about cooking and really burned the food badly) they have gone out of their way to help me out. I highly recommend Brides Kitchen and especially their waterless cookware it is the best.

Our presenter was phenomenal! He knew everything about the products and was very good at explaining everything. And he made it fun!! Fantastic job!

Bride’s-Kitchen, how I love thee.... Rather than counting the ways, I can say it all in one sentence – it was their products that got me really starting to cook. If you knew me from before, you'd know how amazing that is.
Everyone has a vice and I think mine is now Brides Kitchen. It started off innocent enough. I went in to browse when I was at the Ivy Place shopping center and ended up walking out with a fully forged cutlery set.

From the cutlery to the cookware to the salad machine that I use every day because it cuts the time in half. I picked up there amazing bakeware that has the highest quality cake pans, pans and cookie sheets that I’ve seen anywhere!

Also - they usually have great sales!

I use these pans on an daily basis and have come to love the pans as well as the bake wear. I couldn't be happier with what I have gotten so far and can't wait to get my dishes and stemware. I highly recommend if your in the market for new pans and dishes this is the Company to go with. They have gest customer service.

Bruce was great at keeping my attention and presented everything so that there were not many questions that needed to be asked at the end. What questions I did have he had an immediate response.

I appreciate the chance I had to have this experience. I also am very interested in all the products. This presentation was helpful because I got to see the product at work.

Definitely enjoyed learning about the products, it is amazing to see all the things the technology applied to the cookware allowed it to do. Whoever did the design work did an excellent job.
