I recently had a dental emergency come up and after speaking with my regular dental office I knew I couldn’t wait 2 weeks to get in with them so I called Biltmore Dental. They actually fit me in same day with being a new patient so I was shocked. Dr Pence was able to fix my issue at the appointment and was very quick as well. I would highly recommend this dentist with their excellent and prompt service.

I had a crown come loose. They were able to work me in so that I did not have to wait long. I appreciated being seen in a timely manner.

The practice is well organized and there is enough staff on duty which contributes to the efficiency. They used an electronic device that takes a multitude of images that (I think) translates into a 3-D reference of the area on the computer.

Pain? ZERO! They used a numbing spray first, letting that do its magic. They then gave me several shots to completely numb the area. I did not feel the needle at all.

Dr Pence was so easy to talk to and he fixed my problem with one partial in one day and it fit perfect after me breaking it. We even had a few minutes just visiting about dental things in general. Very very pleased and his office staff were also extremely nice and fun to talk to.

Very impressed with the quality, friendliness and professionalism of Biltmore Dental. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist or just needing to make a change. My teeth feel so clean when l leave and they do a great job removing stains. They are also really good about explaining things as they go along and answering any questions you might have.

I moved to AVL recently from ATL and was in need of a new dentist. Even before my appointment, they were helpful and diligent with my new patient paperwork and an orthodontist recommendation. Everyone who works here is so kind, competent, and thorough in their work. I felt cared for as though i'd been going here for years!

Everyone is always so nice and cheerful. Dr Pence always does what is best for me and I am very happy when I leave there. Yesterday I took my adult daughter Shannon who has had bad experiences with dentists before so she has always dreaded going to a dentist. Now that she has met Dr Pence and had a great experience she is very excited about getting her teeth work done and that makes me very happy as well. I would say to anyone who is looking for a good dentist and friendly place to go check out Biltmore Dental you will be very glad you did ......😁

Kristi Haynie was my dental hygienist. She was nice, personal, and I had almost zero discomfort while she cleaned my teeth. I would recommend Biltmore Dental Group to anyone who is looking for a “good trip” to the dentist. I don’t remember the dentist who gave me my post cleaning exam however, he was cordial and professional as well. The office staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing group of people that actually care about their patients!! Couldn’t make you feel more comfortable from the time you walk in to the time you walk out!

In the past, I have not had the best relationship with dentists but Biltmore Dental Group turned that around for me. My dental assistant, I believe her name is Julia, and Dr. Pence are amazing. They are kind and make me feel at ease and not judged. All of the staff are amazing, it is honestly like a family in there. Cannot recommend this dental office enough, best one around!
