Everything that you see inside is customizable so use your creativity, that includes the depth of couches all the way down to the type of legs on the furniture. Don't be afraid to ask what the options are. This is a top end, premium service store so the quality you get is matched with the price tag. at the very least you're going to enter feeling amazed at the setups sand leaving with limitless ideas.

I bought several items there within the last 60 days. Everyone has been cordial and my overall experience was excellent. If I had a billing question, a question about a delivery, or a general catalog question, all of the reps have been helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

The reviews are surprising. As a designer i know the products are high quality. The people working there are retail employees give them a friggin break. If you want design support or product expertise go to carol house or basset. They have very qualified personel that work on commission!

I can not believe the bad reviews, it's high end merchandise period. Moving recently from NYC area, the quality vs price is fair. It's a breath of fresh air compared to the irrelevant out of date furniture stores that litter this area. Restoration hardware is very successful everywhere else for a reason.

The store is really organized and the people are very helpful. Angela helped us with the design for our lower level in our new home. We are very happy with everything she put together for us.
