First time coming here after hearing many great things about. We will definitely be back!!
The Rodeo omelet was SMOTHERED with their amazing chili and the hash browns were perfection. And to top it off that great old timey diner coffee, could drink 5+ cups.

We were visiting from indiana… decided to stop for breakfast. It was so good, we came back several hours later for lunch. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious!!! Highly recommend

Excellent food, exactly what you would expect from an establishment like this! The service is outstanding, everyone helping to get us what we needed. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff seemed to really enjoy their work. Whenever you go to a place like this and they have a dish named the "Slinger or the Hangover" well....you just have to try it. You will not be disappointed. 5⭐ Prices are right! Good job by all!

Great, classic American diner. Small, but good menu of breakfast and lunch fare. Southside omelet was very good. Laclede Station location had small booths and large counter area. Everything you'd want in a diner.

Fast and solid service with even faster food.
Breakfast is served all day and the coffee is hot.
Booths are small for those over 6ft but manageable.
We really enjoyed our breakfast and will be back when we travel 66 again.

Good old fashion diner food. I used to order the "off the menu -the blond slinger," which is like the regular slinger (hash browns, hamburger patty, 2 eggs, with chili in top) but instead of chili, they use white gravy.

Unless you have a waitress who's been there a long time, you're probably just better telling them how you want it. I went in during the day and she had no idea what I was trying to order.

Now they have "the Hoosier," which is like the blond slinger, but with sausage patties. That's a winner.

Good old fashioned food that you grew up eating in the '70s and 80s! Does not taste cookie cutter at all.. great conversation with the staff. A fun place to interact

The staff is always so kind and helpful. Food is always great! The biscuits and gravy okay with some salt, but everything else is amazing! Love the bacon.

Went alone on a Saturday afternoon. There were no seats open but the quick service meant it wasn’t long before I had a place to sit. I had been recommended the “Slinger” by a friend. Crispy hash brown potatoes topped with a hamburger patty, 2 eggs (I had over medium), and a delicious meaty chili with cheese, onions, jalapeños and two slices of toast. The meal was absolutely delicious, filling, wholesome, and homey. The service was friendly and quick, and the retro design and business practices (such as cash only) added a nice touch to the whole experience.
Will definitely be returning. Looking forward to 24 hours again!

This place is exactly the way it should be......locked in time when diners were king !!! I have only had breakfast here, but you can't go wrong with anything you oder. It's just good people serving good food.

My new lunch hot spot. The food is good, service is great, and the prices are affordable. I had one bad experience 2yrs back and wish I had given them another chance sooner. I've been now at least 10 times with nothing but good experiences.

In a world full of multiple healthy choices it's good to just sit down and have some good old fashioned short order cooked greasy food. Courtesy Diner is the epitome of just that. A cash only place where you can pull up to the counter and watch your food being prepared or have your very own booth. Choose from a menu that includes breakfast anytime, slingers, bacon & eggs, etc. Or lunch/dinner with a griddle cooked double bacon cheeseburger (like in the photo), tamale and chili, grilled cheese or something called the sammich. Top it all off with a hand made strawberry malt. Servers are local, laid back and do a good job. Check it out!

I had been craving a BLT for a while and they were the only place around that sold them. The service was fast and this might be the greatest BLT I've ever eaten, I ended up ordering 2

I'm super happy they serve sausage biscuits & gravy all the time now! I really LOVE sausage biscuits & gravy! 3 large orders of sausage gravy & biscuits and a western omelette is literally what I order 99.9% of the time when I eat here! This location is the best of the 3 Courtesy Diners locations that I've personally been to here in St. Louis! It get 1,000 ☆'s in my book! LOL
