AT&T Store

I needed help in how to tell my daughter how to get off our phone bill. She needed new transfer PIN numbers for herself and her daughter. The incredible Andrew diligently retrieved those for me. He was a a very kind, friendly, highly professional employee who was very patient with a 78 year old woman. He is the epitome of why we stay with ATT. PLEASE don’t lose him!

My phone would not charge or turn on. I was first in line and they fixed my phone in what seemed like seconds. They told me how to fix it in the future, if it ever happens again. Great customer service. Service with a smile. I was thrilled, the service technician said he was just doing his job.

Trey fixed a very annoying problem I was having with my phone. I’m so glad I stopped in this store today. He fixed the issue in about 5 minutes and I’m so appreciate. Trey knows what he is doing. Thank you Trey!

I want to brag on Anthony at this location. He got me the best deal and was honest, worked quickly , and was very accommodating. Any questions I had were answered in detail. Steven went out of his way to make certain everything was transferred to my new phone… spending an incredible amount of time on it.

Both he and Anthony were very kind, patient and informative throughout my entire customer service visit.

On a follow up visit - where I had much confusion with online AT&T support-Steven walked me through it and completely cleared up my situation and my confusion.

They are BOTH ROCKSTARS and I would not consider going to any other location for my AT&T needs.

I came to this store on Sunday, there was only one was salesperson working at that time his name is Anthony. I felt bad for him because the store was slightly busy. When he helped me, he had a great attitude, he is a professional young man. Catered to what I needed and was very pleased with the overall experience. I will be coming back to this location from now on.

Stepped in and had a blast talking and getting my phone plan set up. The rep was incredibly helpful, talked me through every step, was very easy to talk with and understood what I wanted as a consumer.

The process took some time, and he was more than happy with staying past close to get me and my mother out the door with the perfect fit.
Based off the reviews, if only the other AT&T stores in Saint Louis had this kind of customer service. Glad I came by and would recommend to anybody!

I went into this store Saturday September 18th. I was greeted by Anthony. He was helpful, patient, kind, and helped with everything I needed accomplished. I work in customer service and he deserves an A++++ for service. I will be going back to this store for all my AT&T needs.

Went to Yorkshire Plaza AT&T store, which is a crown jewel compared to Brentwood AT&T store. Got immediate service. Rep stayed an hour after closing to troubleshoot problem. Due to no fault of representative I had to return the next day to complete the transaction. I love going to that store!

Anthony was amazing and super efficient. He was helping everyone in the store, and when he wasnt, he was making sure the customer was comfortable and assured them they would be helped soon. It was pretty busy so kudos for him

I came here to praise the employees at this store and I saw the review by Mr. Joseph Robinson. I was a customer in the store at the time he was in there and could not help but overhear. Me. Robinson was extremely rude to the store employee and from what I could tell he handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. Mr. Robinson also failed to mention that the phones in question were ancient flip phones and being a tech savvy guy I know that to transfer contacts between flip phones require the phones to be Bluetooth enabled or a special machine. Don’t worry though because after Mr. Robinson left I apologized for him.

Jessica Hale was so helpful as my wife and I transitioned 4 phones from a competing carrier last week! She stayed 1 1/2 hrs after her shift was over and helped us navigate phone choices and the complexity of transferring a phone for a son living in another city. She has a great customer service ethic and a great sense of humor. AT & T should be proud and honored that she is representing them; they need more representatives like Jessica!

I have never been to an AT&T store where was no wait. This is the best well kept secret in Webster Groves and would highly recommend it. Walked right in and was helped right away with my phone purchase. The team was very professional and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a store to date. Will definitely be my store of choice moving forward.

On 2-2-21, I visited the location abouta problem with my phone. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes with complete satisfaction. Anthony was very knowledgeable and while training 2 'newbe's', he replaced the SIM card in my phone...no charge! Great service.

I made the plunge and finally switched my cell service. After 14 years with T-Mobile I just couldn't stay with them they just went down hill. Well when I made the decision to change I came to this store to do it. First I called and spoke with Jesseca and she was fantastic and took her time answering my questions. When she discovered I wanted a black Galaxy 10 and a white Galaxy 10 and found she only had black in stock she called another store and had a white one delivered at the moment I came in. Just went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad I made the switch and this store rolled out the red carpet for me. T-Mobile never did that in 14 years. Everyone should visit this store if they need anything. I've been in customer service for 20 years and I have extremely high expectations which usually are never met but Jesseca and this store exceeded them.
