T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Very good experience here. I am 68 years old. Bought a new phone and reworked my T-Mobile plan. They helped me make sure all my favorite phone links were active. I heartily recommend this store. Good people - Cole was especially helpful, as was Ron too.

The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through the process of picking the most affordable plan with best deals for me. Ronal was extremely patient and is a stellar example of excellence and outstanding service, and is a model employee that t-mobile should model all employees on.

The staffs are awesome! I went to AT&T near by, no one even looked at me!!!
Here, everyone is so patient with me and made thing works. (I spoke half the English well hehe) Friendly environment. Charles R seems a new guy but he was really carefully and always double checked each completed task. Let support T-Mobile and such employees like them:)

Alen one of the sales reps was very helpful to me with an issue I was having with my phone yesterday. It had to be put in safe mode soon as I left the store it turned off . So I turned Back Alen helped me for at least 30 minutes or more . He was very patient with me and my phone looked up things to be able to help with my phone. He's very personable a little reserved but he is good with what he does. I appreciate him for the time that he took out to help me and now that he helped me I was still having the issue after the fact. But end result the issue actually was taking care of guess the phone needed time to process . I'm no longer having the issue with my phone anymore and I really appreciate him for that. Yesterday I actually felt like a T-Mobile customer. I felt like a person sometimes I feel a little overlooked when I come inside of T-Mobile stores.

We went into the store today to get our bill straight due to Walmart messing it up. Cole was beyond helpful and professional. He helped us with an array of things in addition to the Walmart messing up our bill. Anything went and got my toddler a cup of water because she was thirsty he's definitely a keeper!!!!

Jeff at S. Laclede Station Road went ABOVE and Beyond to assist me with my telephone needs. He stayed 3 hours over his schedule shift to allow my data and files transfer to complete. Jeff never complained and made me feel comfortable. I was tired after a long day at work. We didn't expect the process to take 4 hours. During a time when the world is dealing with so many adverse situations, death and social justice. It was refreshing to receive genuine CARE and Kindness from someone. I APPRECIATE knowing that Jeff doesn't just show up for a paycheck, he truly cares about his customers. I can't recall when I have received such high level of excellence in customer service or satisfaction. Jeff, you are an amazing person. Thank you for making sure I had access to a telephone and data. This is my only phone so it also provides security and access to my family for emergencies. I would like to nominate Jeff for an award and bonus if T-Mobile cares about how managers or employees impact their customers. I will make sure that all of my friends, family and social media outlets know about the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE presented by Jeff. THANK YOU JEFF! Had a complicated issue and multiple phone switchover, a real pain in the butt. Alen was the rep who helped me. He did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly and painlessly. Really appreciate great workers like him. T-mobile, hope you guys pay him well; he deserves it

I have dealt with two individuals here who really helped me. Vanessa was so cool and empathetic and helpful. We related a lot, and she is very easy to talk to. Helped me with all of my concerns. The manager- a male with dark hair- was also wonderful the time I came in last. Thank you both so much!
I will definitely be moving to this store from kirkwood. Kirkwood was awful. Was thinking about switching from t mobile until I met these two wonderful individuals. Thank you!!

Came in the other day as I was having some trouble with my phone and had a few questions about my bill. Admir and Dan were both very knowledgable and helped me out very quickly. Both were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this store.

Love being with T-mobile. They r very helpful both in store and phone. They will help u get to a reasonable bill.and still get as much as possible for the dollar. Love, love, love the service. Very rarely r we in a place we can't get service and we travel alot. We were with Sprint for years and this is soon much better.

Quite simply, the single best customer service that I have ever received anywhere in my life. Amer and David were amazing, patient, helpful and stayed open hours past closing time to help me. They went far and above what anyone could reasonably expect and did it cheerfully. I am a customer for life.

Went in for an update issue with my phone and Zach told me I could update for free to the S21. It didn't make sense to me he was patient with me and explained it clearly. He even punched in a bunch of numbers to show me how much I would save if I upgraded. So glad I did! Thanks for being patient and understanding Zach! You rock!

About a month ago I tried a T-Mobile phone to see if it would work in my rural area. It didn't work so I returned it without any hassles AT ALL. So imagine my confusion when I recently got a notice that I was past due. I called the 800 number to clear up the mistake (don't do that, they were no help at all). I went back into the store and they were polite, courteous, and helpful. They too had issues with the 800 number folks, but were eventually able to get my account credited and the problem resolved. AND IM NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER!!! I wish their towers were closer to my rural home so that I could immediately switch through this store!

Top notch sales team! Tito was extremely friendly and right away I could tell he was going to do whatever necessary to not only keep my business, but to come back with questions anytime. The cell phone sales business is challenging for sure. Tito displayed complete professionalism with an attitude of care and the desire to make sure I left happy. Tito H. is always patient with me. He originally set me up with 6 lines and has been helping me with my account (and purchases) for over 1.5 years. Today he helped me drop my bill by $40. I followed him from another store to this location because his brand of Customer Service makes up for the transit time. Truthfully, he is the reason I intend to stay with T-Mobile.

i just had one of the best experiences at your Laclede station location. Tito, and Jeff were great in making me feel comfortable and like family. I love, love, love these guys. Thankyou so much for taking the time to make sure i was completely satisfied and comfortable with the phine i was gettin as well as the money I was going to pay.

Friendly and helpful staff, took the time to try and help me fix my phone. Ultimately had to come back and get a new phone that they helped me get a good deal on. Place smells amazing btw!
