Encore Thrift Store

I am a volunteer and a client and I love to shop here I love the trinkets n older unfindable items ... goodwill would never have. I love the atmosphere 😄 it's comfortable...the people are informed about the merchandise . I also have received advice ,friendships,and acceptance where I wasn't before. I also can say thank you to these people for I am and always will be an alcoholic but through encore thrift store in Arnold and by the grace of God I'm sober and am staying there! Thanks 🙏 guys n gals forever grateful 🥲

Nancy goes above and beyond for anyone who walks through her doors and has a heart of gold. It's a shame that some have taken advantage of her, but that doesn't stop her from helping people.
She is truly amazing. She gives help to anyone she can, and if she can't, she gives them the resources for those who can.
She definitely deserves more recognition and appreciation than she's been given.

I never made it into your store while I was in Arnold. Wow, the class you exhibit, in the kind way you respond to people who don't have a clue. I wanted to be another volunteer for the same reasons everyelse volunteers. Just because I'm homeless doesn't change that. I did have a question, is there anyone round their that would rent me a room or. Apt?

Love volunteering here...I have learned so many skills with customers, friends and Nancy and Judy give everyone equal opportunities to Excell in many areas...we joke and have fun and learn to be business like when we need too. Sometimes we take a little talk time with Nancy and/or Judy, individually when we are overwhelmed or just a little down that day...I started volunteering at Encore, used to be just a customer, but when I saw all that they do in helping the community when people are down on their luck...I wanted to be a part of this crew...I now am...and I love the oppurtunities to grow and learn. Thanks Nancy and Judy for all your hard work in juggling us on our good and bad days, even though sometimes we all bombard you at once...lol

Wonderful thrift store that operates only with volunteers. I loved hearing their mission and how they strive to help the community. Would definitely recommend donating and shopping here!

Beautiful experience at Encore. The people working are absolute gems and will go the extra length for you if you simply ask. My husband and I got two bikes for a stellar price and even got help from Steve and another gentleman who ensured that are bikes were loaded correctly on the bike rack. They even threw in a couple extra straps to make sure they stayed in place, and gave us advice on taking care of them. Would absolutely recommend this place to you especially for the brilliant service.

Reading of all the reviews of people being disappointed need to realize what this place is actually trying to do and stop being rude. Just keep doing what you’re doing and don’t listen to ungrateful people.

Extremely fair prices and some cool stuff you don't see often in thrift stores. The gentleman was very passionate about his business and I greatly appreciate the conversation we shared. Will be making regular trips here every so often.

Friendly owners and lots of stuff! Found a pair of high quality roller blades for my son, some clothes for me and the big kids, and kids books. We’ll likely make this a regular place to pop in and see what new things they have.

All the volunteers here are so friendly, and there's a huge selection of items. If you don't find what you came for, you end up getting something else anyway. It's also bigger on the inside than I thought it would be since there is a basement. Their prices are little better than salvation army, too.

Encore thrift store was an amazing experience with such wonderful kind people with big hearts. Not to mention the store has the most adorable things and is setup with practicality in mind making it easy to shop there and the prices are amazing, you can't beat it.

I always find something I can use at this store. The personnel there are friendly and helpful. And they give back to those in need in our community. Please help out by visiting and finding those useful items and one of a kind finds!!

I love this store. Yes it can be cluttered a little but it is clean and the people are friendly.

Always nice and friendly atmosphere. Items change constantly, if you can't find what you want on a visit come back most likely to have your Items.

Extremely nice people and VERY reasonable pricing. They have a variety of everything here for everyone. It’ll be our new go to shop :)
