Great staff, that is experienced or tells you who is the best person to talk to if they arnt. It's got a great selection despite not being a huge box store. The silly Arnold inspector made my client remove the flex drain to get occupancy, couldn't find the right fit at the box stores but the staff here was experienced and had a simple solution that fit and worked perfectly

Stopped in for some hardware that I needed for my Jeep that Autozone and the other automotive stores didn't carry. An employee immediately stopped me to see if they could help and within a minute I had what I came for. The front desk associate was also very helpful in answering my questions about a carport I am considering purchasing. Overall great experience and exceptional customer service. I will be shopping at my local Ace harware store more often.

Our pool pump blew a nut and lost half our water in the process. I went to both the local pool stores to ask for help in replacing the part and neither of them could help. I tried Lowe's and struck out there, and went to Ace Hardware, and I should have went there first! They didn't have the part either, but because they have knowledgeable helpful people there they were able to find a workable solution to get us up and running. That is the difference by going to a local hardware store with folks who can and want to help you! Thank you so much for taking the time to figure out what we needed and a way to get it done! I appreciate you very much!

The staff is incredible. Nice, helpful, patient. My partner and I had to get some hardware for building a crib and we had our 5 month old son with us. The staff helped us find what we needed and didn't even flinch when my son started crying because he had missed his nap. They helped us find everything, gave great advice, and couldn't have made the experience more painless. Highly recommend.

The people were very nice and willing to help. I got an AMAZING deal on the Dewalt drill bit set that I purchased.

I love little shops like this. They had what I needed and it was cheaper than the big boys at Home Depot. The cashier was friendly and very personable! Was also able to give me advice on an issue I was having and you could tell he actually knew what he was talking about. 5 Stars!!!!

I just stopped in to have a key made. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Fast and very friendly staff. Nice clean store with a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place.

Anytime we've went there we have always experienced great service but wanted to say this time meant a lot to us! Spoke to Kim the owner and explained during this Covid time my concerns of needing to social distance due to my husband having cancer. She took my order then contacted me when it was ready, told me to call when I pulled in the lot at the door. I barely hung up the phone and they were at my truck loading me up!!! What wonderful service!!! Appreciate their concern of our situation more than words can express!!! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!

I was looking for a 10-32 x 1/2 inch flat head screw for my storm door. They had several types. I could buy one or 100. They always seem to have the odd items I am looking for, AND there is someone right there to help you find what you need

I'd never been to this Ace before. I really liked it! I needed some 99% isopropyl alcohol for a project and apparently 99% iso is difficult to find. Well, i saw that Houska's carried it after lots of searching online. So i went there. It was very nicely organized and easy to find what i needed. I will be a returning customer now. Thank you, Houska's! 👍

Very helpful and friendly staff. I needed a matched color of paint. After trying three different brands a suitable color was found. Even though it was a little past closing time I did not feel rushed. My first choice for all hardware needs.

Very nice place. An actual "hardware" store where you can get help from knowledgeable employees to find what you need. We went in searching for faucet parts for a 25 year old shower and they had it in stock. We will be going back here.

Houska's Ace Hardware is awesome. the owners have got me out of a pinch more times than I can count. their customer service is always outstanding

stop in there first before you go to the big box stores.. they have a good selection of American made items as well
