AT&T Store

Our experience with this store was great. They went above and beyond for my husband and I. Roy and Jake went to to separate stores to get us the phones we wanted. Brandon and Pj got us deals and worked on our account setup. The whole team works so well together and helps each other out.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Isaiah that works here. We went to the store this morning to get help setting up a new phone and all of the workers were on the parking lot because locks got changed at the store and no one could get in. We ended up leaving and running some errands and came back about an hour later and they were still locked out. He told us he would try to help us from the parking lot and we agreed.He got us up and going from the parking lot. Who does this anymore? Not many people go out of their way these days to help someone. I love nice people. AT&T I hope you know that you have a good one. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our experience with the Arnold a TNT store has been nothing but good. My wife and I are both in our upper 70s and don’t understand technology at all. Each time we come through the door one of the folks working takes care of whatever we need. A few weeks ago I came in with a problem that I had no idea what to do. Alex was the person to help me. He listen very carefully to what I said he addressed the issue and fixed it. He made sure I understood what he had done Should it happen again. He was not in a hurry and he didn’t expect me to know what he was talking about. I thank AT&T for having employees of this caliber which has made my phone experience so much better. Thank you Alex.

Had a great experience upgrading my phone with Brendan. Service was quick and friendly.

Everyone was super helpful. Their system was running a little slow but they kept things rolling. I waited maybe 6 minutes because there were people ahead of me but every minute was worth it. Shout out to PJ for being great at his job!

They were awesome! My phone was a hot mess and Jacob took the time to help me until it was resolved! I will always go this location! Never again will I go to the Kirkwood location.

They were great in every way and saved us money! The rep who worked with us, Isaiah was fantastic and went above and beyond for us.

We went in to the store to upgrade a couple of our phones. P.J. went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did we upgrade our phones, but he also told us that if we switched to an unlimited plan that we would save money. I was skeptical, but he showed me the breakdown. He actually saved us over 80 dollars per month. He did not try to strong arm us in to anything and simply just asked the right questions to gather information to help ensure we were getting the best deal we could. I appreciated him so much. That was the best experience by far.

Kaleb provided excellent customer service by going above and beyond in helping me get my cell phone account straightened out. It took many calls on his end and he never gave up. He is very polite and knowledgeable.

I needed to switch carriers / needed a new phone. I was assisted by PJ. Super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable! I didn’t have to ask a lot of questions because PJ was guiding me through the whole process. Great experience & will definitely support this particular AT&T location in the future.

I went into this store after a busy day at work and was helped by Isaiah. I was more than tired and he was the most helpful and patient with me. Great customer service. He even tried to crack a couple of jokes to lift my spirits. Highly recommend.

I came in a few months ago and had a really bad experience. I had to go in the other day to change my carrier and got helped by Isaiah. He was very welcoming and answered all my questions sat with me for a while and ended up finding me cheaper options for what I need. He was patient and took the time I needed. He truly change my retail experience.

Had ATT some time back and liked them. Switched to Verizon a bit just to try it out and not a fan. Isaiah that works at this store took me back in and sold me on going back. Great salesman with a ton of knowledge and expertise. Helped me with any/all questions I had within no time. Highly recommend!

My phone died! Or it looked like it to me, the gentleman at the store got it all fixed for me, I could not believe how fast he got my phone updated and me out the door! While I was there I was also having issues with my old iPad mini, he told me about the iPad that was on sale!!! So I decided to get that too, he had the iPad all set up before I left, only took about 1/2 hour to get everything done. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I worked with Devon and the amount of knowledge and care he showed me blew me away. Amazing customer service. Ask for him when you come here or you're missing out! Made the process so much fun!
