The BEST experience!

My husband and I received the best service from Lucas and his team! They, were attentive, and made sure they were available to us at all times. They helped us shop and even put together multiple outfits for both my husband and I. By far our best experience at Buckle.

Love this Buckle!!! The staff there is very friendly, especially the general manager. He definitely knows his stuff and he will help you on a moment's notice. They have plenty of selection for all the latest fashion styles. They have men's and women's, but particularly they have a large selection of men's clothing! They have clothing for adults and children, straight and gay. I highly recommend this place for your everyday clothing needs.

Always great service. The people on the floor and helpful and knowledgeable of where things are. If you know what you are looking for and size this can be a quick experience. If not, they will spend plenty of time with you to be sure you will be happy with your purchase. Definitely recommend this store.

I have gotten average customer many many times at the Buckle. A lot of times above average. My visit to this particular Buckle, I was greeted by Hailee. She had knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for. She was very informative and went well beyond customer satisfaction. Thank you Haille for your customer service and you are a rockstar!!!

Update: I had another great experience here. I bought a belt at this location that unfortunately broke within the first little while of me using it. I went in expecting it would be a difficult process to get a replacement. However, I met with Lucas M who actually helped me with my initial purchase. Without hesitation he helped me resolve the issue satisfactory so fast that I was in and out in less than 5 min. His customer service was on point and has once again won my business.

I've shopped at buckle for years, and I've always expected that the staff will just point me in the direction of what I want and leave me be. That is until today. I went in and was greeted right away by Lili. I told her what I was looking for and she took the time to ask me questions about what I wanted, then walked over with me to the section she thought would suit me. We found one pair I liked, but the others weren't what I wanted. Rather than stopping there she then walked me over to another section and found a pair that I loved even more than the first ones. I intended on buying 2 pairs today, but because of the service I received I was going to buy a third pair of the ones I really liked (unfortunately I got the last pair in my size, so I'll have to go back later for the last ones). She made me feel so welcome and I was extremely pleased with the service she provided. Lately I've bought my pants at Express, but she just won my business away from them. If she's up for promotion DO IT! She is worth the money

I was desperately looking for an anniversary gift for my husband. Looking for the right pair of jeans and, the perfect hoodie. Luck for me, I met Lucas... He found me the perfect brand of jeans that would fit my husband perfect! Then, I found the most amazing hoodie! But, it was a large and, I needed a medium. I asked Lucas if there might be a medium else where? He went in the stock room and came back empty handed. Sad. A few minutes later, Lucas showed up with a medium! He remembered that a mannequin was waring one in the front window. Lucky me, it was the perfect size. Thank you again Lucas! The gift was perfect and, my husband looks amazing in his new outfit...

I had never really shopped at a store like buckle before. But I had recently lost a bunch of weight and felt like I wanted to get some nicer clothes to go along with it. I had an amazing day experience there, I was very grateful that one of the ladies there named Mallorie stopped what she was doing and ask if I would like some assistance she helped me pick out a few pairs of pants she was super sweet and very knowledgeable of the product. And she made a shy guy like me who just wears Walmart clothes usually feel like a million bucks after I left. I will highly recommend them and especially Mallorie. Thank you so much for the experience I will absolutely be shopping with you more often in the future!!!

Great store! Love the clothes and especially the customer service! Lucas is my favorite and seriously the best Manager there. He knows exactly what I want and/or need every time I walk in. Not only the best personal shopper, but now after 3 years+, a very good friend! 💗

Overall they are amazing! Staff is super friendly and very helpful, the one worker that helped me out (I believe his name was Lucas) went out his way to help my find the shoes I was looking for and even called another location and had them hold them for me! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I for sure would ! :)

We had a great experience here! Went in looking for jeans and left with the perfect pair! Emma was our sales associate and she made sure that we found exactly what we wanted. Very happy with our purchases!

I needed a new belt and I was extremely embarrassed to go buy one because I've been wearing the same one since 2009 (also bought at buckle) Christian was so nice and helpful and made me feel better. He found me an belt quick and one that is awesome! It's such a small thing but he was awesome!

Fashion Place Buckle is the best! Mandy, the manager is always SO helpful and has helped me pick out the cutest outfits for the last couple of years. The team members are also really helpful and genuinely nice (I know they're paid commission from sales but they're seriously so nice outside of trying to sell me clothes). Lots of cute free people clothing and a good variety pricing on their clothes.

Love this place for my pants mostly, but they do have all clothing. I love my new BKE jeans. They fit and look great. Comfort is a big factor and this they are. Thank you buckle associates you rock revival.

The two ladies that were in the store today were super helpful. I was completely frustrated by 5 other stores before I got to this one. They other stores that I asked for help in did not suggest anything or offer any help looking for jeans! The ladies heard my frustration and helped me look for jeans and suggested new products to fit my needs. Awesome job!!

Considering the time of year, the selection was still adequate for my fiance to find me some very cute clothes. Taylor was awesome, and she guessed my size right off the bat (which I didn't even know). I definitely recommend the store in Fashion Place mall.

Erin and Lucas made this shopping trip one to remember. Thanks for helping my daughter feel so special with her back to school shopping. Definitely a 1 stop shop for us.

Love this store but hate this store spend way to much money everytime I walk in here!! Employees are very nice and always willing to help find sizes. Love their clothes and so do my kids!!
