My husband had major surgery a few days ago. Nurses and all caregivers have been outstanding. Food is good. We felt very comfortable and confident that we were in the best hands.

Great place and very thorough. They actually care and try to find the problem. Unlike some at Utah Valley and Revere. They actually found an issue I have had for 2 years that the other place would not even look. And some Doctors treat very bad and even argue with you about things you have had done. But IMC didn't do this and actually had people that could read a CT scan and was able to verbalize what the actual issues is instead of just kicking you out the door with no help and Zero Answers

From the nursing staff on level 7 to the PT staff to the Doctors..and also Maggie her case manager who went out of way above and beyond to help my daughter transfer nursing facilities..we have never been treated with so much helpful staff all the way around!! 5 🌟

They treated my mom very well today. Had surgery on a broken collarbone. I came to take her home, but they were concerned with her Oxygen levels, so they admitted her overnight. Very grateful that they take extra precautions before releasing her. Jacob the nurse did a great job

Absolutely the best 90% of the time. Like anywhere it all depends on whose working. ER nurses are definitely on top of it. My nephew was shot twice and this is the hospital that saved him both times.

They everything they could to help my grandpa’s heart for a week after an unexpected heart attack. Though he passed away tonight, he was made so comfortable and we his family have been treated so wonderfully. Thank you IHC and everyone in the Thoracic ICU for giving us a little time left with him.

This hospital is one of the best to n Utah & always treats my husband with dignity & respect which is why it is the only hospital he will go to for treatment for anything. The doctors & nurses as well as the rest of the staff here-including non medical staff-are caring, patient & considerate of the patients under their care.

Rarely have we had any issues. On the few occasions we have, measures were taken to resolve them. Food and food selections are very good. Staff has been very helpful, polite, and efficient. Emergency Dept Friday and Saturday evening, plan on a long wait.

I had a surgery to correct my underbite. Dr Gregory Egbert GOAT and his son Gregory Egbert Jr were my Dr’s for the job. I mostly been working with Sr and both are great guys, but St stole my heart. And between Dr Egbert Sr & him working with my orthodontist Dr Goldsberry who also is a GOAT are professionals in every way possible. Thank you, you 2 from the bottom of my heart. I loved the staff at Intermountain also. All of them did a great job at caring for me and were super friendly & helpful. They all stood out but one in particular is Craig Gourly who was totally The Man!! He was knowledgeable in his job and just a cool guy! Thanks man for taking care of me! I’m greatfull beyond measure!!

I came in to the ER for severe abdominal pain due to some complications from a procedure i had done elsewhere and they took such phenomenal care of me. It was the first time I've had a good experience in the ER. I am forever grateful for the financial assistance they offered me, thank you to everyone at IHC.

I am 29 and have a very difficult chronic illness. I came in for a simple procedure today to exchange my neph tubes and for some reason I had a bad reaction to this, and have been in excruciating pain all day.

I've been treated with the utmost kindness and respect by all staff which is seriously impressive.

Nurse Hannah in the Heart & Lung ward as well as the NP who was in charge of the ward today (Halloween) made this traumatic situation so much less scary for me with their genuine concern and compassion. They had me transferred to the ER since this episode went on for hours despite medications and ice packs and the whole nine yards. Nurse Emalje and Dr. Galovic are incredibly understanding and helpful.

After developing medical anxiety from having a handful of less than stellar experiences in hospitals as a 20 something year old girl with serious & painful medical conditions, I am so impressed by these wonderful and helpful health care workers. I apologize for any rambling, I am still suffering quite a bit. But these people deserve acknowledgement and a raise.

My husband had to be admitted here for a few days and all I can say is thank you so much to the staff (especially his nurses) you guys took care of him and of me through this hard time. I couldn't be more grateful Mike Williams- You are a life saver. :)

Recently spent 12 days here due to a kidney autotransplant. Everyone here on the transplant floor and the pain team were fantastic! They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and my pain was somewhat managed. Yes some nurses were better than others, but overall it was a positive experience.

The ER is a different story, but in terms of the transplant team and floor, I have nothing but positive things to say! Thank you for taking care of me during one of the more intense and scary times in my life!

IHC is an amazing facility. The doctors, nurses and caregivers there are all.personable. I felt calm and well taken care of

I'm Here For A Video EEG. Check In Was Fast. Just Came To The 14th Floor. Was Taken. Right To My Room. Everybody Here Is AMAZING. FRIENDLY and CARING. This hospital is the best in Utah. The Emergency is also perfect and nice people. I have been in and out since 2017. Due to Seizurers. And Everytime has been perfect. #LETS#GIVE#A#SHOUT#SHOUT#OUT#TO#ALL#THE#STAFF#AT#IMC#HOSPITAL.

I came to IMC for a blood transfusion and my experience was beyond expectations! I was seated in a comfortable chair with a warm blanket and snacks. My nurse (I believe her name was Christine?) was very attentive, nice, and explained everything thoroughly whilst making sure I was comfortable and happy. I had barely any blood in my veins so they had to give me 6 different IVs, but they were calm and nice the whole way through. They didn't complain and they seemed to love their job. I may need another blood transfusion and I honestly wouldn't mind it because of how comfortable they made those 7 hours! I definitely recommend IMC if you need blood or other infusions!

I came into the ER and subsequently was admitted. The staff, from the ER to all of my nurses and CNA’s as well as the housekeeping staff were all so wonderful. Everyone has been so friendly, helpful, and I feel like every word I said was listened to. I’m grateful to have such a supportive team for my medical needs. Special thanks to my day nurse Christina on the 7th floor for being responsive, helpful, and kind.

Both of my children were born here. The first had to stay in the NICU for a week and the staff were phenomenal. Especially for a first time parent. I am glad a facility like this exists in the heart of the Salt Lake valley. Easy to access and right next to a main TRAX station. Dr Terri will be sorely missed but the staff that remains provides amazing women and newborn services. I trust the healthcare professionals here will provide high quality services for each of my family members.

We had an exemplary experience at Intermountain Medical Center in every way. Several folks went beyond their job description to help us, and the rest performed superlatively with in each professional realm, the docs, nurses, techs, assistants !

The hospital staff is so friendly and caring. They are always helpful. They are doing such a great job dealing with the pandemic. The rooms are clean.
