Fantastic experiences here. Fast service and customer service and there is a reason best buy is the last remaining major electronics retailer with physical stores. Good policy, inventory, price matching though pricing is always competitive or cheaper than online even and a local place to return or get help with products when hashes arise right away a big advantage of in store retailers with good service.

I bought an open box laptop on a deal. It was an excellent laptop at an excellent price. Unfortunately, 8GB wasn't enough for everything I was using it for, so I chose to return it and buy a laptop with 16GB ram. Took a month or more old laptop back and didn't even ask why am I returning it. The only question they asked was, is there a problem with this laptop? I said NO its excellent. Then he gave me my refund receipt, and it took just 5 minutes. Just for this reason, I will buy more stuff from them. Thank you!

Cal - Best service and keyboard/mouse information I've ever received at a Best Buy. He knew everything down to the materials which keycaps are made from and their wear characteristics.

I really like pickup experience. I mostly buy stuff online and picking them up rather than go physically looking for them. Better there was a drive thru so I don't get out my car into the freezing weather.

I stopped by to look at some monitors as I couldn't decide if I should go 1440p ultrawide curved or 1440p 144hz w/ g sync. I was promptly helped and I've made a decision. I'll wait a day or two to think about it before dropping $600 on a monitor.

The sales representative knew what he was taking about and I had a very pleasant experience there.

Went in to peruse the laptops in store, worked as a backup for info and knowledge for my daughter and her purchase of a new work computer.

She got a new laptop, even though it took about 20 minutes to find it in their stock. But it all worked out in the end

We came to Best Buy looking for a computer. Eric helped us to choose what was our best option. And Kat from the squad team helped us a lot with our new computer both of them are the best employees.

Eric provided excellent customer service when I was in recently and made my experience great! He was very helpful.

I was able to go in, find what I needed, and get out quickly when I needed printer cartridges in a hurry. I also was able to automatically have the receipt emailed to me. Perfect.

Dax and Mike @Murray store Geek Squad are AWESOME!! I am cheap guy and always looking for sweet deals but when it comes to service providers I pay my dues....but when they knew that it was a quick fix on my gadget, they just fix it and save me the fees!!! Even though it was really a quick fix but using their time and skills and not asking for anything in return, was a great customer positive experience!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service in The geek squad area. Fixed my issue for free and didn't make me feel like a moron for not knowing how to fix my cell phone. So much gratitude.

Had a great shopping experience with Eric. I knew what I was looking for in a TV, but he spent the time to review the specs of other options and prices. In the end I actually sprung for a larger TV after weighing my options. Excellent customer service and the TV looks great!

My daughter's computer dropped at the airport. We were out of town and she HAD to have it for work. She couldn't use the computer in the hotel because of privacy issues. Keegan worked with the technician to get her computer fixed for her on the spot. He also helped her to brainstorm ways to get her work accomplished with the least amount of expense, just in case the computer was not fixable.

Service from the Geek Squad at this location was prompt, friendly, and helpful! We got great communication from everyone at the station, and I ended up learning more about my device in the process!

Great customer service. They are handling covid restrictions with professionalism. I set up my appointment, a manager came to greet me and explain the new rules. Than introduced me to the guy helping me. Went to get a new overpriced watch because I had to have it. I was in and out with asking all my questions within 15 minutes.
