Kohl's

Brought a package to return. The process was so simple and easy, then I got 20% off! Bought a beautiful dress for $12 and the stocking my daughter wanted for $13! It was awesome!

I am always pleased with my shopping at Kohls. I was looking to do a little after Christmas items and came home with some early 2024 shopping done. However, I did also love the new blouse I found and my friend I was with was very happy with his clothing shopping to bring home.

I needed an item at Kohls and a young lady was very helpful. I feel she went above by not only finding what I wanted but to adjusting the fanny pack for me. Her name was Mackenzie

Helped me pay with my Apple Card, I had left home without my wallet, fortunately had my phone and drivers license. Called a young man to carry my purchase to the car. It was a big box, in fact I had to get help to even get it off the shelf.

Found everything I was looking for at prices I was happy with. Lots of sales were going g on.

Always such a positive experience.
The people who work at this Kohl's store seem to live being helpful.

I went there to return and I received a coupon. Kohl's was offering 50% off their clearance racks plus I got to use my coupons. The staff I encountered was very helpful in finding an item and the cashier was very friendly. It's one of my favorite places to shop!

Associates were very friendly & helpful. The aisle & a dressing room were handicap accessible. The aisles were plenty wide for my wife's wheelchair.

The employees were extremely kind and helpful. Sierra was very helpful and kind. She went into another area of the store to get cologne sample sprays for me to test. She made great effort to help satisfy this customer and I am impressed with her and the other associates working. Kindness and helpfulness impresses me tremendously. Thanks again young ladies for all of your help and assistance.

What can I say. You gotta luv Kohls. Sometimes the lines are long and if you return something you lose your Kohls cash but so what you get more when you buy something else. As for as the lines go .... chat with someone behind or in front of you lol it will go faster. For me I luv this store no matter what location I go to.

Never been in a Kohl's I don't think but I was impressed with the big and tall section, we live in a city nearby that has no stores with a big and tall section.

Amazing experience! Very clean and organized, every sales associate was professional and went above and beyond. Our cashier took time to explain our rewards options and was extremely kind. This is not our usual experience at other Kohl's stores. We will definitely be back!

Very busy environment right now, schools starting lots of families. The lines move fast, and no rush. Awesome environment for a Family store. I got what I needed and was very happy with the help I got with my selections. Knowledgeable employees. I left feeling very satisfied with the whole experience.

Had to bring back a couple of items I had gotten for my wife, one to have a security tag removed (still hard to believe that it was missed - but, then, I did buy a lot of items that day) and the other to exchange for a larger size. The returns people helped me out very quickly and friendly, and didn't ask for a receipt, thankfully, because I had forgotten it at home! Anyway, after the security tag was removed and a larger size coat in hand, I was able to happily shop in the store using Kohl's cash received from two earlier visits. Best department store visit I've had in years!
