Panera Bread

The store manager Rachel and her staff are amazing and very helpful when you’re unsure of what to order. They go out of their way and are enjoyable to talk to. It’s nice going somewhere to eat and you’re not rushed through by the staff plus they make you feel welcome with small talk while still focusing on getting their tasks done.

Went thru drive thru got med veg sandwich and bistro onion soup it was the best freshest food ever - made fresh and with care - excellent service !!!

Had a problem with my order, gave a call back, manager Dale went above and beyond what I was expecting. Mistakes can be made, but always fixed! Thank you Dale again, and staff!

I have been coming to this Panera in Rolla for several years now. I admit in the past my experience was a mixed bag. It used to be 50/50 on if I would get my food in a timely manner, if my order was received accurately, or if I had good customer service. Now in the past year + my experience has changed quite dramatically. I think the customer service has improved greatly, my orders almost always come out quickly and usually accurate as well. There are a handful of employees I would like to mention that have stood out in creating a more consistently positive experience. To start with, two managers who have really done a fantastic job are Catherine and McKayla. They both are always smiling, polite, busy working and helping, and seem to take care of the customer when needed. Next is Ryan, who in my opinion is one of the best customer service employees I have ever encountered. He is always working with efficiency, always greeting and engaging with customers while working with a positive attitude, and most importantly takes care of customers quickly and generously if problems arise. And last but not least Jose and Mary who do the food prep really do a great job at working hard and efficiently as well. They are great at getting the food out quickly and accurately, and on the rare occasion something is wrong, they fix it immediately without question. All this has combined to keep me coming back several times a week and always enjoying the visit.

The drive thru was a little busy because it was lunch time, but it moved faster than I thought it would. Their frozen strawberry lemonade is really good.

The soup is always great! It was a busy lunchtime and had some new customers that weren't clear about what to do or where to go. I think the staff could be a bit more observing those that need navigation help on how and where to order.

Becky, the Manager was very accommodating and went the extra mile when we where told breakfast wasn’t possible as we were waiting to order before scheduled closing.

Love this place! The coffee subscription is awesome, the friendly workers/management are awesome and the open seating is an ideal setting for me. They have worked really hard to make adjustments for city mandates and customer concerns. I am so grateful that they’ve maintained a friendly environment.

The service is excellent and the workers so nice. The food is fresh and wonderful. Remember, you pay for what you get. I’d rather pay a little more for healthy fresh food then eat a bunch of cheap greasy food that is not good for me and my kids. Thank you Panara Bread. My kids love your food and always ask to go back.

The staff was awesome!! We were on a road trip with 3 young kids and stopped for dinner break. As we were leaving (after kids running around playing and spreading cookie crumbs all over) I asked for some hot water to warm their milk for bedtime and she handed me 2 large cups and said “coffee is on us tonight for you both, safe travels” 😍 I don’t like coffee so she more than willingly made me a delicious hot chocolate instead!!

Never experienced any delays despite the rush during lunch hours. The food is great and their new recipes are delicious.

I stopped there on my way to work this morning and got the chicken noodle soup, and the bacon chipotle sandwich. If I could rate the soup 5 stars alone I would. The sandwich was super good as well. This was also my first time being there and the guy at the drive thru was very helpful. I definitely will be back, by far the best place to get soup that I've found.

I really wish they had one of these down where I live. Now they have your meal delivered to your table after your place the order. We only had enough time to use the restroom and get our drinks and the meal was to our table of choice. They have great food and service. I love their chicken salad sandwiches and salads. They offer a buy 2 choice for combo meals at a fair price.

I'm in rolla mo for some training. Went through the drive thru and as a fellow food service employee I am very pleased with this establishment. Yes my order was shorted but they caught it as soon as I drove off and when I called Jared and Renee bless her heart took care of my order and delivered my missing items to my motel for me. The food was hot and fresh and they threw in a cookie . Thank you for an outstanding experience this was by far the best I have had my last 8 weeks in this town.

I was quite shocked when I read the other reviews as I have never been shorted any food or otherwise like most fast food restaurants do.
I believe that they have the nicest employees that are on top of things, they are very personable. Now if I get someone new the are often standoffish but I believe that is to be expected . Now the rewards program is amazing, they always give you something for your birthday and several times.
My only complaint is that you can only get ONE size of frozen coffee drinks ( i.e.frozen Mocha) and they call it “regular” but it’s small. I really do find that odd considering they are sort of a coffee shop.
Come on guys even McDonalds offers 3 different sizes..

There food is really healthy, I had the chicken / apple salad with walnuts very good. A healthy place to eat.

Ordered a loaf of tomato basil bread thin sliced. It took three people to get it ordered but it came out great. Everyone that works here seems to be wearing their mask the right way so it feels safer than other Panerai Bread restaurants. Highly recommend.

Decent experience food was good when I went. They even gave me a birthday present by accident because their credit card machine was broken it was on them. They definitely deserved the money if I was able to pay though.
