AT&T Store

Kaelib helped me a lot and made sure I was taken care of. He is one of the best representatives at a place I have ever known. He is very intelligent, quick, kind, personable, and knowledgeable of what he’s doing. I have never walked out unsatisfied with what I needed. He always is first to help, and always makes sure I get what I need taken care of. He is very respectful to his customers. My family and I all request him when needing any help from AT&T here. He is the best customer service representative we have had. They have multiple wonderful representatives that I would 100% recommend, Kalieb is just one of them out of the several that are great.

This has to be the best AT&T that I’ve ever been to! I was interested in switching service providers and Malachi helped me do just that! The process was a breeze and it was easy! I highly recommend this AT&T if you’re in the Rolla/Dixon area and ask for Malachi!

Jeni was so so very helpful and so sweet! She continued to help us for over and hour when I was deciding which new phone to get. She compared and described in detail the good qualities of each phone and wrote them down for me, so I could have a visual representation! She was absolutely amazing!

The absolute best electronic buying experience ever! Jeff the worker was kind to as well as my parents a couple weeks back. He went above and beyond he fixed our plan issues, the problem with shipping and with such a great attitude. He took his time helping us and explaining what was going in, getting us the phone that day as opposed to shipping and the while keeping good conversation. 10/10 the best experience I have ever had. I went into AT&T to get a new phone and new service & the customer service that was given by Malachi was amazing! He broke down the details of the plans which was very helpful and he helped me pick out the right plan for the right phone.

The Rolla AT&T store is the best! Every time I go in and work with the reps I leave feelings truly satisfied with the customer service. I normally work with Ian or Kaelib but when the manager is needed the store manager himself Hunter helps me as much as possible!

I worked with a representative named Kaelib. He was very well mannered, kind, hardworking and made sure that he was explaining everything 100%. He did his job very well! 100% recommend Kaelib if you go in the store in Rolla!

Att store in Rolla was fantastic, staff was very friendly and helpful, kaelib went out of his way to explain everything on my bill for me.

Rep was very polite and helpful with all my needs and patient when I was looking at accessories for my phone and answered any questions I had
