Long John Silver's

The only thing that this place suffers from is that nobody thinks to leave a good review for a fast food restaurant. I was shocked today when I looked up to double check the hours (this is one of the few places that you can actually get good food in town past 8:00 p.m.) that it had such a low star rating.

The store is probably one of the oldest that they have in the fleet. it's owned by one of the largest owners of yum brands type franchises. You can tell that they've done their best to try and put a little remodel into it, it definitely falls under the category of doing the best they can for the market that it exists in. A quick peek into the kitchen from either the dining room or the drive-thru you'll notice that even though it's old, it's well maintained and it's clean for being a type of place that runs on basically all fried food.

That being said , this store has always had a great core group of people to work it. I've been coming here under different ownership for literally 40 years. In all 40 of those years, everything here has been incredibly consistent. One time when our town was surrounded by water and they ran out of product because trucks could not reach our town they actually improvised. That's a certain level of care actually not seen by a lot of chain type stores. I occasionally order some unusual combinations, and you can tell the staff actually cares about making sure that I'm getting exactly what I'm paying for.

I visit the store at least twice a month, and on All occasions you can tell that the staff works well together and they follow the checklists and protocols to make make the store the best it can be with what they have to work with in our market.

This restaurant has the best employees. I received a friendly greeting the minute I opened the door. I ordered a family meal to go. I was surprised by how quickly the order was completed. All the food was fresh. The meal was a little pricey but not out of the ordinary for a fish place. I would recommend this restaurant.

One of the best places to get tasty fish or chicken if you choose. A lot of delicious choices on their menu and it's kid friendly with what decorations the put up for the holidays as well as all year. The service is good, great even with friendly staff to greet you as you walk up to the counter to make an order. The atmosphere is very friendly and bright as I went there for lunch.

You can't go wrong by going to Rolla's Long John Silver. The staff is outstanding and friendly. The manager, Tammie, has these same traits while ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly. Give them a visit, you won't regret it.

Brayden was great! He was so pleasant and friendly. He gave the best customer service I have ever received. He is truly a nice and sweet person. Brayden deserves a raise for sure! We love LJS and will definitely stop back at this one.

Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, and above all just a pleasant experience. If you love Fish n Chips, this is the place.

I haven't been here in over 30 years!
The ones I lived around in NY and AK closed. Sooooo I went here and sadly the machines were down. HOWEVER!
The gentleman working & his coworker with him were nothing short of kind and friendly & professional.
I have to say they were patient and kind trying to work through a stressful situation.
I just traveled since very early this morning. The other restaurant drive thru's were packed and I'm happy I went here. The food was just as I remembered.
Crab cakes, fish, chicken and hush puppies were delicious & those with me loved them as well.
They were fresh!
Please go here. They not only have good customer service down, but the food matched the passion.

This is a great place to get a quick bite if you like seafood. The service is sometimes questionable, but overall I can't thing of anything really wrong with the food. The over all aesthetic of the place is welcoming and kinda homey feeling. Most of the ervers really know their stuff. The turn around time between ordering and getting your food is usually pretty quick.

Food was great. And it was totally awesome to be able to go inside and sit down to eat. Been a couple of years since we could do that. Dining room was trashed. Must of had a tour bus. One thru just before us. NO MORE DRIVE THRU!!!!

Our cashier was super sweet! She brought over the highchair for us when she saw Abigail trying to pull it over herself and brought her a hat and a bib! She stayed busy cleaning and passing out coupons. We don't live in Rolla, I had an appointment today so we stopped by after and I'm so glad we did!! It makes me wanna stop in everytime we are in town! Plus the food is always great!!

The chicken is great. My family and I love their food. I'm not much of a fish eater but I have to tell you the fish is great also. I Love the hush puppies and the mac & cheese. They have alot of other great items also.

You just can't beat their fried fish! You could spend 200 bucks at a fancy restaurant and still not come close to those delicious, crispy, moist filets! Please open a branch in Saint Robert!

First time ever eating here and I got a shrimp basket. The food was fresh and hot. It was delicious. We went through the drive through and the service was good.

The staff is always amazing to me, they always know how to put a smile on my face and I’ve never had a problem with the food, it’s just all around a good place to get a good meal and good quality service, absolutely amazing!

Great as usual. There's not many LGS's left, so I always grab a bite whenever I see one. I-44 was closed and GPS routed me through Rolla around the accident, and as soon as I saw that Long John silver's sign I knew what I was having for lunch.
