There was a reason I went to Hutcheson. Reputation, reliability, dependability, honesty and their team. My vehicle had broke down, I was 45 miles from St. James. I looked at their web site and had a vehicle picked, it was time to get another. Called and talked to Mr. Ryan Pope, he informed me of the vehicle. Within a few hours of exchanging information he was on his way to pick me up. We arrived at dealership, paper work was ready. Mr. Drew Tucker finished with the financing, titling and warranty. Outstanding and quality team work. I don't care where you go, you won't find a better place than Hutcheson.

I had talked to Mark on the phone and made an appointment to come look at the xar I was interested in. We drove an hour to visit Hutcheson Ford in St. James, MO. As we pulled up to the dealership we immediately saw the car that I had spoken to Mark about on the phone. He had the car sitting in front of the dealership for us to see, and I knew immediately that I really liked this car. We looked it over and then went in and did a little paperwork. Then, it came time for me to drive the car. I loved it! Our salesman, Mark, and the financial manager Drew, were great to work with and made us feel the "hometown feel," we appreciate. Needless to say the car went home with us.
If anyone is looking for a Ford product, I would highly recommend this dealership.

The service staff is outstanding. I walked around the lot looking at the big trucks and ended up test driving a used 2022 Maverick truck. Hutcheson Ford is a great place to buy a vehicle and get your vehicle serviced. I have bought two vehicles from them. The most recent time it took just about two hours to test drive and buy the truck. They even apologized for making me wait. Their customer service is top notch. They fill up your vehicle with a full tank of gas and I got a goodie bag.

On a road trip from Illinois to Oklahoma we experienced a tire issue. We were able to get to Hutcheson Ford very early in the morning before they were even open. The service manager, Joe checked us in, gave us a loner so that we could go get some breakfast, had a technician working on our tire as soon as he arrived, and we were back on the road by 10:00. Everyone at Hutcheson treated us like a valued long standing customer rather than “out of towners” . KUDOS to all the great people that we met at Hutcheson Ford.

The sales staff at Hutheson Ford was great . I received awesome customer service from their team. They was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns , I asked for a pymt below a certain amount monthly and he worked very quickly and was able to get within a few dollars of what I asked for.
