Always helpful with questions, at self checkout very helpful and friendly and great with purchase returns as well. I Would like to add that the cart worker went out of their way to personally load my heavy dog food. Thanks! Never had a problem here.

I absolutely LOVE my Rolla, Missouri Walmart. Always well stocked. Friendly and very helpful staff in all departments of the store. Clean, cheerful environment and atmosphere. I am also a Walmart associate , but I am a truck driver for Walmart, so I deliver to dozens and dozens of different walmart stores, so you can trust my judgment when I say that our ROLLA, MO walmart is one of the best!

Wish Sullivan's was as nice. I live in Cuba have been shopping at the Sullivan store until yesterday. Will now go to the Rolla Walmart.

We went in, looking for Kansas City Chiefs apparel. Clerk, in that area, was really rude. Said , "We don't carry that stuff, here!" We went to the men's department, and THAT clerk pointed us in the right direction. Just what we were looking for. Walmart, maybe you could address that.

My wife made a late-night and hasty run to Walmart with our infant daughter, Lily. Lily was having urgent constipation issues. My wife arrived to Walmart right at closing time as they were locking the store doors. However, the Walmart staff were merciful and permitted my wife to get the infant suppositories our daughter needed. Humanity is not dead. Thank you, Rolla Walmart.

Did an order pickup here. Everything was correct and received items quickly. Lots of pickup parking spots and friendly employees. Highly recommend the pickup option.

It was a very busy store at this time. .layed out a little differently than .my home store in Houston, Missouri. I used the app on my phone to help me thur the crowds. I'm looking for ginger pills. They were out of stock in Houston. Made a fun day of it to get out of town to Rolla. I always walk.the fishing dept. And I did buy some more lures and picked up my ginger. Rolla is a larger store.so it has more stuff. Selfcheck out with little wait. And off I go.

Usually I don't have good experiences and Walmart automotive department but on this day which was a Sunday I had a blowout on my trailer and needed a tire and no one was open except for Walmart. The poor guy was working by himself as two of his co-workers did not show up and he couldn't really do any work and leave the counter until someone else was there. Well, long story short, he was very helpful and got me the right stuff and on my way in less than 20 minutes. Wow! Now if only the other departments inside of Walmart would get their stuff together then we would have a winner. Shopping at Walmart is always a gamble on the experience. It's never the same and everytime I go it's always a different drama. What's with Walmart sicking the old folks in the Blue jackets on people to look at their receipts as they're leaving? If anyone could explain that one to me I would appreciate it. One day I was leaving and I had my earbuds in and was on a phone call and an old lady followed me all the way to the very end of the parking lot which I'm sure was more than she's ever walked at one time in her life as it was almost two tenths of a mile to the end of the parking lot., But she was not going to give up! She was going to see that receipt to make sure I bought what I was leaving with. That really pisses me off that they would put those old folks under that kind of pressure. One day one of those old folks are going to ask someone in a bad mood and end up getting hurt and that's sad.

I'm going to be honest, the store like most Walmart does not look amazing, the employees do what they can but it looks like they're understaffed and probably underpaid, the employees were incredibly kind and helpful but they deserve to be treated better.

My bad experience was when I order online and picked it up Sept 1st we had to wait almost 4 hours for our pick up then we when we got it we didn't get things I was charged $6.96 for gain dryer sheets 15 pk every time I checked on order they said 20 min we will be out so my friend went inside store to inquire about order they finally got working on it with 5 min left til store closed other people were waiting also I'm handicap I thought this was a good idea not no more and I could go on and on about this terrible time I'm very upset

Due to my past I was banned from Walmart. It had been 2.5 years, but I was remitted into the store yesterday after staying away.

Walmart STILL remains the top store in the state so far, here in Salem, Missouri. I haven't been to ALL of them but I did in AZ and this is the cleanest store, always well stocked, etc. Always has friendly and helpful staff on hand to answer my questions. I thoroughly enjoy my trips to Walmart several times a week.
They always have a charged carts for the handicap, like me. I wouldn't be able to shop for myself if I wasn't able to use their carts. It's just gotten to hard for me to stand up or walk more than a minute. I wish that the other stores had electric carts for the handicap.
I also use Walmart s restroom every trip and I have never found them to stink or be dirty. I've never seen any trash on the floor and not once have I had to complain about the restroom!
I highly recommend Walmart in Salem, Missouri.

Bought new tires for my truck in February at Walmart in Farmington had them rotated and balanced today at Walmart in Rolla guys in Rolla quality service would recommend to everyone the lady that runs the dept not so much thank you micha and Alex Walmart should be proud they have employees like them

I drive a tractor trailer some Walmart allow semis some don't but this one DOES, they welcome Truckers they want you to park over by KFC in the Walmart wonderful experience I give it a 5 star for a Walmart.

I rarely do reviews but I'm making an exception. I'm not from around here but after picking up my daughter, I developed a serious issue with my car while in the area. After calling several automotive shops (and by several I mean 7- 8) and getting no response, I took a chance and called the automotive department at this Walmart super center. From the very first person who answered the phone & patiently listened to me explain my situation then assured me everything was going
to be fine, then Angie who got the work order going, to the very last guy (Evan) who rang me out, and every mechanic (Justin, John & Terry) in between, Thank you. They have a great team there. They were very busy but they weren't trying to rush thru their job like a lot of places do now.
They were all extremely thorough, professional and just all around good, kind people. It was obvious that their concern for my daughter and I to get back home safely, was genuine. They could have easily hooked up anew battery and sent me on my way in minutes, but they made sure everything was working properly.
They all deserve a gazillion and 5 stars 😁
