The Factory

I stopped in for a Carmel Frappe and some breakfast, both was so good. I finished that frappe off before I knew it. They fix the food and drinks when you order, so everything is so yummy. The staff are nice and there is plenty of parking and tables inside to sit down and enjoy what you ordered. Wheelchair can roll right up to table, kid friendly, lots of drink and food options to choose from, vegan options.

This was our first time eating at The Factory. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. I got the Carolina Sunrise which is a bacon egg and cheese in between two waffle buns. I added Texas Pete and it was incredible. The coffee was great, the service was fast, the food was of the highest quality and overall the vibe in The Factory is chill, welcoming, and cozy. We are looking forward to becoming regulars at The Factory!!!

I had the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and a Cookie Butter latte. The breakfast sandwich is made with two small Belgian style waffles. It is not an exaggeration to say this was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had—anywhere; and trust me, I have had a LOT of them, all over the country. The waffle is not too sweet, perfectly cooked with a crispy outside and a soft, fluffy, hardy inside. Our sandwiches came out incredibly fresh and hot. The latte was excellent, as well, and there are loads of typical offerings + dozens of special and seasonal drinks available. Seriously, if you’re in, around, or passing through Lexington, do not miss this hidden gem!

Omg this place is amazing! The waffles are the best I've ever had and the wafflewich will blow your mind! The owner and staff are very nice and friendly and make you feel right at home just like your family. Thank you so much for the experience I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend the wafflewich smothered in gravy!

So yummy. The Sweet Serendipity waffles were AMAZING. I also ordered a vanilla latte and I love that it tasted like espresso like a good latte should and was not overly sweet. Will be back, thank you!

10/10 if you like waffles, you should try this place.

We got multiple halves to share because we couldn't decide and they were all awesome. The gravy on the southern charm was delicious. The bacon went smashingly with the peanut butter and banana on the curious george. The lemon cream cheese paired beautifully with the blackberry on Gigi's main squeeze.

The pink drink was a refreshing strawberry.

Definitely recommend them all. My friend says she had never had anything bad here.

This place is so good and really a hidden gem! Everything I’ve ever gotten from there has been great! I love the frozen coffee drinks and the sweet tea is seriously so good and I’ll stop by there for just a tea. The waffles are great and huge. You can buy a whole or a half a waffle and a half a waffle is plenty. The biscuit waffles are delicious. The shop itself is so cute and plenty of room. They have Bible quotes all over the wall. And they really are the nicest people. The woman that owns the shop is always there, and always super helpful. They have a punchcard too. Go there!! Your tummy will thank you.

We didn't know what a biscuit waffle was when we walked in but now that we've had one, we will be regular customers here! Breakfast was delicious, coffee was good, service was amazing. The owner brought our food to our table and introduced herself and was so friendly. I really can't say enough good things about this place. We're already planning on going again this weekend!

We saw this place online and decided to give it a try since we were close by. We walk in and the amazing smell hit us first, fresh waffles! The second thing we noticed was the very adorable decor, and we were greeted warmly by the hostess. The menu is a bit big so we took our time picking out what we wanted, she was very patient with us and gave us recommendations and explained anything we had questions about. I think the food and drinks ended up being great (and I tend to be a picky eater). Over all, it's a super cute place, good food and drinks, and very good service!

Love this place it was my first time eating here! I love that they have table games to play and the people are so nice!! The atmosphere is amazing and everything is so quaint :)

Absolutely recommend! One of the best coffee and waffle shops around. Owners and staff are great! Nice and neat atmosphere. Very clean. Everything is absolutely perfect about this place. I can’t think of anything bad I would say. Go by and give them a chance you will not regret it.

I’ve been visiting The Factory for brunch every so often, and I’ve always had great waffles & service. The waffles are very reasonably priced for what you get- 5.00 for a half waffle WILL fill you up. There’s something for everyone & the staff is friendly + efficient. One of the best places in Lexington for breakfast & coffee

We’re on a cousins trip and stopped in the restaurant is beautiful and the service was great! Amanda the owner was extremely nice and the food was great. I had the stuffed French toast with strawberry and cream cheese with a side of eggs, my son had the Sweet Serendipity and let’s just say he ordered seconds before we left lol

A great start to a “guys day!” From the aroma walking in the front door.... mmmmmmm... to the friendly (and informative) staff full of smiles, we knew this would be a fantastic experience... and right we were! The staff were great to make recommendations and guide us through picking the best items from the menu. Everything we got was far superior than we were expecting. Clean, friendly and 100% yummy are just a few descriptions our group of guys would leave with this place... along with very few crumbs! Go try them... you will not be disappointed ;)!

Friendly staff, the food is delicious 😋, and nice atmosphere. If you haven't been yet put this place on your must go list. It's worth it!

Today was our first time visiting, Not only was the food delicious but the atmosphere was so cozy. Got to speak to the owner. Such an amazing woman of God. This is now, my go to spot 💛

Great place for delicious coffee, and waffles or other delicious items, too. Helpful and friendly. Clean and well lit. We highly recommend.

We have been wanting to try this for months (we live out of town) and are so happy that we did. The coffee is delicious, made perfectly! I had the honey, vanilla latte which is one the menu with hazelnut but switched that for lavender and it was delicious. We had the cinnamon roll and it was the best we have ever had and we found out that they are homemade! The Poppy’s hashbrown casserole was phenomenal! We LOVED that the sleeves had sweet Christian notes. The shop is so clean as well and well managed. The staff are kind and respectful. We can’t wait to go back!
