Angelica was extremely patient and professional with my wife and I during our account activation process. We had a very unique situation that was unprecedented and took a rather long time, but she respectfully helped us every step of the way until we finally got everything processed. She made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Thank you!

Cracked my phone today at work. Went in for an upgrade. Reggie, and the others at the Lexington store definitely were the MVP’s! Helping me through the process and just making the process easier, and with fun conversation. Even helped me change my old plan!

Angelica was amazing, very patient and is a very hard worker. My Husband and I joined verizon last Friday and some complications on my end came up but Angelica helped us get all of the issues resolved and she stayed over 45 min past closing time to make sure we were taken care of, 10/10 recommend coming to Lexington verizon on Lowes Blvd.

Husband's phone ended up in the lake causing us to visit this location for new phones. I hate phone shops but Lee was exceptional & made the process painless. If only every visit was like this. THANK YOU, LEE!! YOU Rock!!

We had Lee as our sales representative. And he was amazing. Friendly informative and yet gave us all the information we needed to base decisions on. THIS HINESTLY WAS THE BEST EXPERIANCE AT A VERIZON STORE IVE HEVER HAD. The last time we were in the Salisbury NC store we spent 4hours in there to get to New phones and their customer service sucked. I'd recommend Lee as my sales rep if I went to the Lexington NC Verizon sore.

Our rep, Jesus, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to answer all of our questions, get our phones set up quickly, and get us out the door. This retailer was also amazing to work with when we had to go back with a tech issue. The rep was very knowledgeable and he immediately resolved the issue and encouraged us to contact him personally if we had any other issues. We were extremely happy with our experience. Highly recommend this retailer.

Today was Good Friday and it work in my favor. I been here since Verizon open and I'm just now about to leave. Everyone here as been super friendly and nice. This is one of the best visit I had in a long time. They all treated me well. They all talked to me while I waited. They Get 5 stars. Angie sold me the phone, but the whole staff catered to me.

Angie was very punctual and helpful as well as empathetic. She made sure that my issues were addressed and fixed as thorough as she could. It made my catastrophic loss less aggressive and suppressed my anxiety I felt very comfortable with her which made me more confident in her leadership with my situation.

Your representative Austin was amazing. Absolutely professional and wonderful customer service. Very upfront about the costs was not surprised by all the different charges. He throughly and thoughtfully explained them to me. He also did an excellent job setting up my new iwatch and phone. I’m wearing it right now and using new iPhone. Love it, if your on the fence about getting and iwatch, try it out, you will be glad did.
