I love Starbucks! Their coffee is always so fresh and flavorful. They have a great selection of drinks from lattes to frappuccinos. The staff is friendly and helpful, and always make sure you're happy with your order. Prices are reasonable and all of their cafes are cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to study or relax with friends. Highly recommend for coffee lovers!

Stopped by this Starbucks on my way to Charlotte and had the most delicious iced caramel macchiato. The drive-thru was busy, so I decided to head inside. I am glad I did, the workers were very friendly even with the large volume of orders they were handling. I am looking forward to stopping here again while driving through, if you are in need of a tasty drink- stop here!

A Long line, but great drinks.... cake pop was dry tho.... like so dry it stuck to roof of my mouth. Literally.... caramel ribbon crunch is bomb tho....

I purchased an apple crisp oat milk macchiato drink from a different store in Columbia that I just could not finish. The drink was not my favorite. On my way home I stopped by this Starbucks location and asked if it would be possible to remake the drink. They informed me that usually for remakes I would have to go back to the store that I made the original purchase, but the shift manager and the crew was very sweet to remake my drink and offer recommendations on how I can try the same flavor differently. (They also saved me an extra trip across town).

Special beverages for summer are ready and the hall side are cool enough ! Never disappointed with the signature black coffee

Every Starbucks I have ever been to is so busy that the staff does not have a fair opportunity to provide stellar service or provide friendliness. This is their business model and I have accepted it. That said, my sandwich was good, the coffee was delicious, and the service was what it was. Keep up the good work, guys!

Yesterday me and my sister went to this Starbucks and oh my my, everything was a 15/10 Jennifer was the person who took our order and was so nice to us. She recommended a cheaper way to get our drinks and she gave a mess up drink to my nephew along with a cute bee/cat cake pop! We absolutely loved her service!!

I enjoy Starbucks coffee but what I think makes the Lexington NC Starbucks great is the customer service. Robert is a genuine guy who goes above and beyond to give one the confidence to order exactly what you want when you are really not sure what that is. Robert also remembers you when I pull up to order he says Good Morning Jack and that makes my day every single time. Robert you are what makes Starbucks great!

I have visited this location twice now and I have never experienced anything less than stellar customer service! A lot of locals are very bitter that a chain coffee shop has invaded their space (hence all the negative reviews) they just don't like anything new.Go and experience the delight of perfectly prepared iced pumpkin spice latte w/almond milk😊

Best Starbucks I've been to, a young girl named Lilly with pigtails in her hair was so wonderful❤..she really cared about my opinion "how's your coffee, I wanna know"...This location gets 5 stars 🌟

6am-2/5/23, soon as I got on the highway, i spilled my entire drink in the car. I rode for 45 minutes and found another Starbucks before getting on another hwy. Went in, tossed my cup, ordered another drink and stated I had just spilled my entire drink. While waiting to pay, the employee signaled me down and handed me a drink and said "don't worry about it". That customer service Blessed me in more ways than one.

Great place to get free wifi and coffee and teas. Loved it that they give free refills.

Good atmosphere and not too loud, which helped to hear phone calls. Outlets at just about every table definitely a nice bonus for remote work.

Today was one of those days. Sitting at another fast food drive thru, ordered Starbucks on my app and went to pick it up. The girl inside said they didn't have my order, checked my app & it let me order it for the Lewisville Clemmons location🤦🏼‍♀ She was literally the sweetest and made our order for free since we had already paid for it once and couldn't cancel it. She didn't have to do that, but made this Mama's day a little better by her sweet gesture

The service is great although the restaurant was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. But I ordered 4 drinks and they had me out in a reasonable time. Great job to the Starbucks team.

My family and I are super fans of Starbucks so we were super excited when one came to our home town Lexington . Unfortunately they had to open in the middle of a worldwide pandemic so I’m sure this has affected their open hours , flow of business , and overall operation , but I can not complain about the experience I had . I had to wait in a long line but it surprisingly went by rather quickly , I got the new featured drink and it was delish! And to top off my experience the employees were extremely nice, welcoming , and they put a smile on my face :) . I will definitely be a regular customer .

Love my local starbucks. Everyone there is very nice and there all like family to me. I go everyday and sometimes twice a day.

I’m so happy my city finally has a Starbucks , I’ve been twice (drive-through only ) and waited about 45 mins both times (I went opening week) and both my drinks were made wonderfully, I feel like the drive through takes so long because PEOPLE don’t know how to order since they’re used to getting McDonald frappes 😂 , So it’s not the workers fault , I’m sure once the hype dies down there will be less wait time . But I’m so happy we have a SB
