I had a a unique furniture piece from my in-laws that we loved but the upholstery was beyond shot. Seth and crew went way above and beyond to restore my piece, it's honestly better than new. OMG. Extraordinarily professional and capable. Seth saved me $4,000 from the price of replacing my beloved 25 year old oversized EJ Victor armchair. It looks better now than it did new. Completed in a modest period of time. Bravo.

Now I need to reiterate the fabulous quality of Seth and Wendell’s work, adding their recovering of what had been a rather mundane chaise lounges, now transformed into a one of a kind piece in textured leather. Kudos.

The best experience I’ve had with an upholsterer. It took me time to find someone to re-sling six outdoor furniture chairs, two chaise lounges, two free standing, and two swivel chairs. Seth communicated clearly his way of doing business and an appropriate Service delivery time of how long I would wait for him to complete my clients projects. He took care of ordering the material which was a huge relief seeing that I don’t know much about material measuring. He finished 6 outdoor chairs in one week and they are beautiful! Just in time for summer. I highly recommend Seth and Crossroads Upholstery.

They did a fabulous job! They were prompt to respond to my wife's inquiry and were right on schedule with getting the work completed. Could I have bought a new chair for cheaper? Yes, but this was worth every penny! They put a new cushion in and added smaller buttons, which was a nice touch. High quality craftsmanship! Grandma would be proud.

I bought some Molesworth reproduction chairs at a local estate sale and the craftsmanship and construction are remarkable but the vinyl boxing had incredible dry rot, so after deciding I would recover the cushions myself I thought I would check out local upholstery shops to see what it would cost to have them professionally done. When I saw the great reviews Crossroads got, I decided to pick my battles and have them done correctly and at a great price. The workmanship is incredible and the chairs look divine. No wonder these guys are booked weeks in advance. They do spectacular work. I can't recommend them highly enough!

These guys were wonderful. I told them type 9f material i was looking for and they gave me great recommendations. I also told them to replace the foam which they did. It took them about a month snd they are perfect. Did a wonderful job, nice guys.highly recommend. And i didn't have to wait 9 months.

Such a nice experience getting the seats redone on my old maple kitchen chairs. Even though Seth went on vacation, chairs ready sooner than he told me. I wanted to increase the padding a bit and what a pleasant surprise at how good they look. Great price and friendly shop! Definately recommend and will go back with another old chair later.

Outstanding craftsmanship! Crossroads Upholstery has exceeded our expectations. Seth is a true craftsman and we couldn't be happier with his work. Our 2010 pontoon boat needed a new bimini top, fitted cover and repairs to the stitching in the seats. As we searched online for "off the shelf options" we began to realize that both the bimini top as well as the cover would have to be custom made. Seth took the time to explain the differences in fabric quality and help us pick the best and most durable fabric for our needs. We chose a heavy duty 10oz Sunbrella fabric. The cover was double stitched and bound to guarantee the edges wouldn't fray and it would last for years. Seth ensured that every zipper and snap was placed correctly and he took the time to make multiple fitting adjustments so the cover and bimini fit perfectly. The covers look and fit better than the factory ones purchased with the boat. The fabric is very high quality, the fit is perfect and we couldn't be happier.

Crossroads completed a large custom cushion job used on a project at my workplace for a high profile client. The project required 100+ cushions on a tight timeline. Every deadline was met. Communication was excellent and the workmanship was excellent. Pricing was competitive and they provided delivery for a reasonable fee. I'd use them again.
