Excellent customer service!! Have used them for over 30 years. Anyone who leaves a 1 star with no explanation is pretty bad themselves!

I received a form stating that my 2018 tax return might not be correct.

I contacted Glen Gleghorn’s office on Wednesday, June 3rd to ask if I needed to refile my 2018 tax return.The lady who answered the phone (not Aretha) said I could email them to her and she would have them looked over by Glen or his wife Aretha.

They left one voicemail for me asking for clarification on my employment.

I did not receive a response. I emailed the office again on 06/18/2020. I stated in the email that Glen or his wife needed to call me to answer my very simple question (should I refile my 2018 tax return?). I stated in the email that if I did not receive a response by 06/19/2020, then I would assume that my business was not wanted.

To date, I have not received a response. I consulted another CPA who looked over the documents I provided and immediately stated that I should refile my 2018 tax returns.

My aunt referred me to Glen Gleghorn as a reputable CPA who handles their personal and business taxes.

I have not received the services she described.

I cannot recommend this business as they are unresponsive and unprofessional. They could not answer a very simple question in a reasonable amount of time (15 days).

I will not use them as my CPA in the future, nor will I provided recommendations to their office.
