Jerry Ramsey - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with State Farm for years now because of the amazing customer service and rates. My agent, Tara Ramsey, is the friendliest, most helpful agent I have ever had. She is attentive to my needs and always provides the best service. You want to have an agent you can trust, especially with something as serious as insurance, and that’s definitely what I have. So grateful for the Ramsey family and everything they do for me. Thanks guys!

I have been with Statefarm Insurance most of my 30 years of driving.
I have saved so much money with them, because their pricing is so reasonable, compared to all others I've had. I saved even more when I bundled my policies, and utilized drive safe and save, too.
You cannot beat their service and expertise. They are quick and efficient, friendly and cutteous too! They may not always be perfect, but they are the best insurance company I have ever had!
When I moved to Asheville, in August of 2023, I needed,to transfer insirance agents. I decided to switch from the Statefarm office where I'm originally from, in Pennsylvania, to Jerry Ramsey's office in Candler.
When I came to the office, I had no appointment scheduled, Tara greeted me and my daughter right away! She is the sweetest person, and very easy going! She kindly invited us to come into her office, so she could help us.
With ease, Tara quickly insured us both in North Carolina, she was so helpful and courteous to us. We were really impressed with her kindhearted personality! She made us feel so welcome!
Tara, went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome to Asheville that day, I won't forget that! We did not have the best of luck when we first arrived here, but I'm so glad I chose this office to insure us. That was good luck!
Tara is always the same to me, she hasn't changed, she's wonderful! Deb, is great too! She has also been kind and helpful to us when we needed it.

Everyone in the office has gone above and beyond to help us with our policy. Trust me, anything that could go wrong has gone wrong and it has been taken care of. State Farm actually took over the claim on an accident where I was not at fault because the other insurance company was dragging their feet. We have several different policies with State Farm and will probably never switch! We've never had this type of personal service with Allstate or Nationwide! We have been treated like family from day one!

I have been insured through State Farm for around 35 yrs and most of those years has been with Jerry Ramsey's agency. He, Tara and Debbie have been like family to me and have ALWAYS kept my best interests in the forefront. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff, including Jerry himself answering the phone and jumping in when staff was tied up. We have homeowners and two auto coverages and have been pleased with the coverage, the cost and especially the service and responsiveness.

Most friendly insurance company ive ever been with. Also when they say road side asstiance is there if you need it they mean it . most companys you can only use each asstiance a couple times in certain amount of timd not state farm we had tonuse road side asstiance at least 8 times in 2 weeks and everytime they was right there helping getting the job done with no problems. Thsnk yall so much .
