We had a wonderful experience here. My wife’s engagement ring had the diamond fall out when the setting was damaged. I also had my mother’s larger diamond engagement ring. They worked with us to create a new ring with three diamonds in a new setting. It’s beautiful and my wide couldn’t be happier with it.

This family owned business is ran by a very sweet family. There was a Dad and 2 sisters and they made me feel so welcomed. One of the was wearing a piece of jewelry they are selling and it looked so good in her and so unique that it caught my eye and made me want to buy it. I went in to sell some piece of gold I had. It was a very easy process in the amount of money they gave was good. If you want to sell or buy nice unique jewelry I recommend you going here!!!!!!!!

I inherited some jewelry that ended up gathering dust in a jewelry box. I researched places to sell gold in Asheville and I’m so glad I chose Gold & Diamond Connection. Their customer service is excellent and I was able to sell my unwanted jewelry - they even offered to polish the piece I planned on keeping for free! I went to the gold and diamond connection looking for a nice loose single diamond. Even though it was near closing time when I arrived, they took time to educate and show me several beautiful quality diamonds. Bottom line, they gave me a great deal on an exquisite ring with a round solitaire center surrounded by a cushion of small diamonds. It’s so beautiful I can’t stop looking at it, I feel like a princess wearing it, certainly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for that special piece of jewelry.

I just picked up my gold rope chain after a repair and I must say I cannot see where it was ever broken. Honest and friendly staff. If they tell you something, they stick by it. I will always go to them for any jewelry needs and highly recommend them.

Looking for a pair of gold earrings, I first looked at several retail jewelry stores in Asheville, and found them all to be over-priced and with very poor quality diamonds. It was such a relief to find Gold & Diamond Connection. The owner, Sam, offered great quality diamonds at a very reasonable price. He and his daughter were very knowledgeable about jewelry and diamonds, and I am very happy with the earrings they provided. I definitely recommend them over the large retail stores with high overhead and poor quality diamonds.

I love these people, they have done work on several pieces of my jewelry. They were able to completely restore my wife's wedding ring and replace the stone with a much larger diamond. They have also done repairs on my Bulova Mariner watch. This is a family owned buisness who truly takes pride in their work. I'm getting my sons crosses from them too. Best in Asheville!

We went in to Gold & Diamond Connection for a repair of a necklace (clasp) & to look for silver earrings. We were greeted by the owner and his daughter. Both very helpful individuals. The owner worked in fixing my necklace while his daughter assisted us in finding silver earrings. Unfortunately, we didn't see anything in the store but, she pulled out a few books that she could order from. We found a pair that we liked & they were ordered. We received a call a few days later letting us know that the merchandise had arrived. Definitely amazing customer service & we will get back for future needs.
