I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Dave Bluth. I was ill and in Australia with my family for nine months, and my daughter was managing my house and rental house next door remotely--quite a challenge, as you can imagine. A friend recommended Dave, and he helped with everything. First, as a property manager, he coordinated getting the tenants the needed repairs and fixing issues in my own house. Then he found the perfect buyers for both my houses, and has babysat the process through some unexpected glitches and delays. Than, when I was well enough to return to Asheville, he lined up condos for me to look at, answered all my questions and concerns, and yesterday he accompanied me to the closing on the one I bought.

So far, he sounds great but normal, right? Let me add that he took me to the City Market and bought me a loaf of bread, found a washer/dryer to replace the one the previous condo owner took with them, and is ordering it and coordinating delivery for me, as my energy still doesn't stretch quite that far. He also connected me to a concierge service that will help me deal with the move. My only concern in writing this review is that it may lead you to expect too much--I don't know how he does it and stays calm, serene, and friendly, but he does! He's great!

Dave was very patient and ready to schedule on short notice. His recommendations for the mortgage company to use, lawyer, and all the inspection companies made it easier on me considering I am out of state.
