Hi I just want to say that Besh in the appliance department was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I bought a washer and dryer and was due a small refund. Everyone that I spoke to before him either gave me the wrong information or was very quick to say they couldn’t help. When he first tried to help he couldn’t, so I said, thanks and was leaving when he came after me and wanted to try something else. I went back with him and he kept trying until he succeeded. Home Depot should be proud to have him as an outstanding employee. Thank you

Highest recommendations enormous store. They have everything you need and they have friendly staff members who are there to help you answer all your questions and find anything. I had a key made as well. They were very polite and it was way less expensive than going to the dealership and they walked me through the process of programming it myself and it was super easy

Kudos on customer service!! Mary helped us on Saturday when there was a shortage of staff. She went above and beyond to assist us in finding a gardening associate Giermo. Both team members worked together to help us purchase some stones that had no pricing. Mary stayed with us through the process and made a tough situation turn into a great experience! Thank you!

Laura was so patient and went above and beyond to help my mother and I with our requests. She was so kind to even offer me a chair to sit down on when i was experiencing some pain in my leg. This Lady is clearly a gem and deserves a raise and promotion!

Hands down the best experience I've had! I mainly use Lowe's but since Home Depot is closer to me, I mainly come here now. Although they don't have Veteran's parking spot, they have an amazing staff who is willing to help you with what you need. I need some anchors for my old mailbox post that fell over from a stone wall and was having trouble finding the right one. I asked to one of the associates...I don't know his name but he was an older gentleman who gladly helped me out with the correct size! He was very polite as well. I also got a mailbox post kit from them which fit perfectly. Would highly recommend to go here for your needs. The store is well maintained, plenty of parking and clean as well. They also have an app that you can download to set up your Veteran's discount QR code which you just scan at checkout! Super simple and easy to navigate.

This rating is based on using the tool rental part of the store. Great selection of tools to rent,looked in good condition and the prices seemed reasonable. I rented a Honda lawnmower for 4 hrs and the price was exactly what I was quoted,it started on the 1st pull and worked perfect. The employees were very helpful and wood definitely go back!

I thoroughly enjoy visiting the home Depot, they have 90% of what you desire. For that last 10% you have to go somewhere else. You wouldn't believe the number of nails they keep in stock. It's like a rainbow of nails.

My husband prefers Lowes, but sometimes we go here instead. Sucks they don't allow dogs anymore though.

I came looking for garden stones, only a couple of bags left, so Sonja on staff actually put together two other broken bags so I had enough for my project. Thank you Sonja! Home depot, I hope you acknowledge the awesome employees you have, there are very few people who would have been that helpful

Get lumber and plumbing supplies good stuff

This large Home Depot has anything you could want for home and garden supplies. I was impressed by the Behr kiosk in the paint section, where customers vould scan a barcode on the back of a paint chip to see a list of matching colors. The wreaths and trees at the front of the store smell like Christmas. Plenty of parking is available.

Bought a new stove. The sales lady was awesome and full of information. We knew what we wanted so the trip took less than a half hour. Ask for Daisy at the service desk. She's amazing!

I had the most excellent experience here this afternoon. I needed help choosing a kitchen for a home project. Fortunately, Barbara Mathie was very helpful and friendly. She helped me get what I needed and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Great customer service ... I'll be back soon.

Excellent customer service. Selection of items is great. But so is at Lowe’s nearby. Shopping in stores like this isn’t so much about what the store stocks, it’s rather the experience the customer gets via the reps I think.
And the customer service at this Home Depot blows Lowe’s out of the park.
The folks at the front desk are very accommodating and exceedingly courteous. So are the reps elsewhere in general. Though there are some grouchy folks around.

Have to give a giant shout out to customer service rep Dre who was tremendously helpful with getting an online order cancelled. I waited a month for delivery and then they told me it would be another month. Apparently you can’t cancel and order and you have to return it. How does one return 2 pallets of paving stones. She made o bunch of calls, waited patiently on hold (we all know how that goes) and finally was able to get the order cancelled. Best part? They had the pavers in stock in the store and I ordered them for delivery in two days. And they were cheaper!! So a big thanks to Dre restoring my faith in retail and humanity in general
