Nice people there. I had a low tire and they stopped and helped me with it. Easy, kind men. Kens is a great place for car services.

This place of business is awesome. No run arounds with your car issues. I had a bust headlight that went out on a rainy day on my Mazda 6. The manager took my car into the shop on the spot and changed out both headlights with in 15 mins. Thanks again Louie (you Da Man). I returned later to have my Mustang GT serviced and got the same 5 star treatment.

I called Ken's Tire and Auto and made an appointment to have new tires put on my vehicle. On appointment day, when I dropped my car off the process was super quick and easy. Rudy checked me in and he was very friendly! When he called me a couple hours later to let me know my car was ready to be picked up, I was surprised and happy at how quickly they were able to put the new tires on my car! When I picked up my car, Rudy processed my paperwork quickly and talked to me about the tires they put on my car and was very friendly. I am so glad that I took my car to Ken's Tire and Auto for new tires. It was the easiest process and Rudy made the experience even more pleasant. I am happy to contribute to the chorus of 5 star reviews they have on here because I chose Ken's Tire and Auto based on the reviews I read. The team at Goodyear were very respectful, honest, and efficient. We had a vehicle breakdown next door at the car wash on Memorial Day weekend and they helped so much. Replaced thermostat, battery, coolant reservoir, coolant flush and so much more at very fair pricing. I have told my friends about this place and I am very thankful for the help from the service manager there. Straightforward business! Thank you very much.

Excellent service! I had an issue with my car late on a Friday evening and showed up without an appointment just a few minutes before they closed. Rather than rushing me out, they took the time to talk to me about what was wrong and let me drop off my car. They even took a look at my vehicle first thing on Saturday morning, which was extremely convenient because a lot of other places were closed all weekend.

Their repairs were done in a timely manner, and the pricing was very reasonable. The employees were all knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They communicated consistently with me about any updates related to my vehicle, answered all of my questions, and even took the time to actually explain what was mechanically wrong with my car. They never came off as rude or condescending toward me. In fact, they went above and beyond in terms of their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my hectic work schedule.

I would highly recommend this Goodyear to anyone in the area, and I cannot thank them enough for their help.

I highly recommend this place for car repairs. The treat is gentle, kind and professional and they have very competitive prices. I went there with low pressure tires. The service was immediate and the guy who put back pressure in the tires discovered right in front of me a screw nailed to the lowest pressure one. That was just great.

Amazing service! - Use them for everything including Service, Brakes and now Air-Conditioning. The store managers, Andy and Rudy are extremely polite, professional and helpful. Service is excellent and pricing very competitive. I was kept informed of my cars service issues and presented with options to resolve them.

My first visit to Ken's Goodyear was so great, I travel from Alamo Ranch just to have my vehicle serviced by the gentleman at this location. I just moved to San Antonio and I've only had my vehicle serviced twice however, as a true bargain shopper I always feel the prices are more than fair for the awesome service they provide. It started to rain heavily during my last visit. When my vehicle was finished (in less than 30 minutes with no appointment), the mechanic pulled my vehicle to the front door and escorted me to my car with his umbrella. If you're looking for a professional environment with expert mechanics and wonderful customer service, I highly recommend Ken's Goodyear.

Discovered I had a nail in my tire while out running errands with my 3 year old. They got us in quickly and patched the hole immediately— wasn’t even there long enough for my kid to get impatient. Kind to me and my daughter. So grateful for their fast and efficient service!

They seem to go above normal and really care. Im getting my vehicles in and out with no fuss, no delay, no hidden charges.
And the full synth oil changes are $54.00. Pretty good deal.

My tire started leaking while picking my kids up from school yesterday. I called Ken’s and even though it was the end of the day, Rudy told me to bring it on in. Thankfully, it was just a nail and it was able to patched. They did it right away and I was done in 15 mins. So thankful for kind, prompt service and the inexpensive fix.

My car just came due for an oil change so you can guess where I’m taking it now!

I got brand new tires about a month ago, and yesterday I walked out to my car to see a dreaded flat. I have shoulder issues, so I had to wait for my husband to get home to put the spare on. He took my car and the busted tire over to Goodyear and they gave us a great deal! They were fast with service, welcomed us with friendly faces, and now I have a tire that actually works. 10/10, I would recommend this place to anybody!!

I happened to stop in without an appointment because I found a nail in my tire. They took me in right away and fixed my tire. The staff there was amazing but what surprised me most was that they normally charge a small fee for the repair but charged me nothing. They now have a new loyal customer in me when I need new tires or any other service they provide. Thank you to all those who helped me today.

I originally came in due to the awesome reviews and was not disappointed, they were very efficient in taking care of my problems while maintaining amazing customer service. I came in with a nail in my tire, and due to leaving the country soon and being tight on money, I was worried about prices being too high but they’re beyond fair in pricing. Great service and friendly staff! Just came in for a tire change and they took my vehicle in quick and had it back to me in 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be back here with any other auto issues.

These guys are a rare breed....they are HONEST and caring auto mechanics. I went in for something that I was expecting to be a more expensive fix, but they told me that the issue could be resolved for much less and it was not necessary to do what I had asked for. They could have bbeen dishonest with me, but chose to do the right thing. I'm going here for all my auto needs.

I am in my early forties and I have looked and looked and looked for an honest mechanic.
This is where I know go for my car problems they do it all they do it in the time that they quote you and they're honest.
I haven't had two major issues with my car but I have no regrets and what it costed me coming to these guys...
