We called this morning about a water leak under our floor. Jesse T and helper James arrived soon after. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable in the repair of our leak. Following bad storm I called Haynes Electric and they were here in less than an hour. They did great work even though it was still raining. I always use Haynes. They are professional and very knowledgeable in what they do. 5 star all the way!

We were having issues with the lights in our kitchen , den and hallway flickering on and off once turned on. We had two amazing technicians by the name of Randy and Hunter who fixed us right up. These were two really awesome guys. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them both.

The two young men from MB Haynes were prompt and on time. They listened carefully to my concerns and went about the house checking what needed their attention. One of My neighbor's hugh oak trees fell and took down with it power and cable lines to my home and 4 others. This happened at around midnight following heavy rain storms. The great people from MB Haynes responded quickly and professionally to reattach the power lines that had been torn from my home by the falling tree. Thanks to all of you at MB Haynes!

I could not be more grateful for the quick service and help on a Saturday when we could not get multiple smoke detectors to stop going off. The electricians on call were so polite and kept communicating with me as they made their way to my house. I really am thankful for the excellent service.

My tankless water heater of 14 years died last Sunday. Nate & Zac came out on Monday to see what replacement parts were required. They arrived on Tuesday morning and replaced the old heater with a new, much more efficient heater. They did an outstanding job; were professional and courteous to me and my wife. We had an emergency water leak late Christmas Eve of all days and MB Haynes showed up and did an excellent job working in tight conditions at a time when suppliers would have all been closed. The techs were friendly and very helpful despite the less than ideal conditions. We would not have been able to fix the problem without their professional experience and help.

I had MB Haynes come out to fix a leak on my cold water intake. I had two young gentleman techs come service Jesse Raplee (sp?) & Mike Justice. Both boys were professional and proficient. Replaced GFI plug which had gone bad. I have service under my power provider. I reported it on Monday. They had MB Haynes call me on Wednesday to set up an appointment for the next day. They came on Thursday and replaced the part. Problem solved.

The journey man electrician showed up with his apprentice and they did an awesome job checking out my electrical system. I love and appreciate Haynes for all they offer including training new people. Thanks Haynes- Jim Parker a customer for life!!
