Dunkin'

I’ve been to this location twice so far and both times have been great! Good service makes all the difference and these workers were very kind to me. I had a pretty large order the second time and they still made all the food items well and tried their best to be quick. Lattes and coffees are always spot on how they should be and not too watery or sweet like some other locations. I’m sad I don’t live closer to this dunkin but when I’m in the area I’ll definitely go out of my way to go to this one.

We are from Illinois and stop at another DD and left bc we sat in line so long I had to knock on the window to get the ladies attention from her phone… so we came to this store great friendly service and very apologetic for the other store of if I could give more stars I would…

The male manager in the morning is always super busy but he has taken the time to remember me by name now. I order at least 4 times a week. Always super friendly wish I could give him more stars and i need to get his name next time i come in. Keep up the good work dunkin crew.

The staff was delightful, and fresh brewed dark roast coffee for me. It was a definite highlight to my day!

I know people like to joke that Dunkin Donuts is consistently hit or miss, and I have definitely had that experience at many a DD. But this location knocks it out of the park every single morning. Two straight weeks of getting coffee and it is a 10/10 every single time. Everyone is so great, when I go inside to pick up my order the employees are always friendly and happy. The consistency in my morning coffee is excellent, and I don’t know what I would do without this location as my literal lifeline.

If I could rate them higher I would give them a 10! The inside is always clean, I get the best customer service from every employee! Bravo to the hiring manager! The food, donuts and coffee always great! I would travel and pass several locations just to get this type of customer service and good quality donuts with coffee.

I ordered hundreds of munchkins for a fundraiser & they were ready upon arrival! The friendly staff made ordering & pick up easy. Their help was much appreciated!

I love this location!!!! I usually order ahead but even when I don’t I come inside and service is great…. I come to this location 6 days a week … I love the crew !!! The managers & shift leaders are AMAZING!!! Keep up the great work ladies (and gents)

Regular at this location. This has been my experience after little over a month. Fast and attentive baristas, Friendly service, and great with order accuracy. Excellent work DD at Twin oaks. You've set the standard, I hope others will follow soon.

I had already been to two other Dunkin Donuts today looking for one Boston Cream donut for my son (it’s his birthday and he really wanted one). When I called to find out if they had any, the woman answering the phone said they would make one for me. Great service!

Omg, great service! Went through the drive-thru.
Employee was super nice. Got a pumpkin spice latte and the maple bacon egg sandwich.

This is the ONLY DD in the area that we feel comfortable going to. After staying away from DD for a couple of years due to horrible customer service from the other DD in the area, we can finally start going back and get fantastic customer service and tasty treats. This DD is Amazing!

New location close to our home. We have visited several times for coffee and specialty drinks. Employees are super friendly and the donuts are tasty.

I occasionally stop through the drive through when I want to treat myself. Kinsey B at the window is always courteous and very plesant. Thank you!

Staff was polite and friendly. Coffee and donuts were delicious. Dining area was clean and comfortable. Definitely a well run location.

The selection is pretty great and the service is good. But I absolutely want to give a shout out to Jordan. He was an outstanding employee and deserves some sort of recognition!
