Clayton was amazing to work with! Fast, easy, one of the best AT&T experiences I’ve had. Would definitly recommend this store!!!! Reviewed services, made sure we understood our purchase and had a great personality. Fantastic!

Had a broken phone emergency and was helped by Alan — he was super nice and got me set up with everything I needed. I was short for time but he was greatly efficient. Really appreciate the great customer service. 100% recommend

My family and I came in on Saturday not knowing there was only 10 minutes until closing but Allan accepted us. He went above and beyond providing us great customer service. He stayed well past closing to make sure were taken care of and happy. I would be happy to have him again as our representative.

Came in for help on billing issues from a stolen identity and was helped with genuine concern, empathy and professionalism and patience at all levels. Left with the newest phone with a great offer and so grateful to have discovered this relatively unknown location right in my new community!

Alan made this possibly the easiest, most efficient AT&T visit I have even experienced. I went in thinking about updating my phone I asked him about any deals going on and 15 minutes later I had it done. Out the door. Awesome.

Great easy process getting a new phone. Phoenix did a wonderful job. Explained everything to me perfectly and was a huge help.

I was very happy and impressed with my experience at this ATT store. Kyle D. was working the store alone on a Sunday evening when I entered about 30 min until close. Although it was the end of his shift and getting ready to close the shop, he was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable about his work and is personable. I have not had pleasant experiences at ATT stores in the past, so Kyle was a breath of fresh air and the Twin Oaks location is lucky to have him. Thank you Kyle, Definitely my new go-to location!

Destineee was amazing and did such a great job to help me get a new phone. I would recommend anybody to use her for service! She was patient and got everything in order for me! Hands down made my experience wonderful!

I had a excellent experience here at this location. Natalie was so great. Sure friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. She helped us pick out exactly what we needed. We will definitely come here again for any of our AT&T needs.

WOW!! I have never been more impressed after receiving excellent customer service from Kyle. Forget calling AT&T customer service, I am going to Kyle......when I'm ready to upgrade my phone, you guessed it, I'm heading to see Kyle. He was professional, knowledgeable AND polite! Our AT&T guy, Kyle, was amazing. He made sure to pay attention to detail and make our transaction as smooth as possible in switching over from our horrible experience somewhere else to an amazing start at AT&T. I will most definitely be recommending him and his services to friends and family.

Yesterday I visited the Twin Oaks AT&T to purchase a new phone. The young man that helped me, Alan, was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He stayed with me until I was confident I could get into all of my apps. He made recommendations that saved me money, and as a senior citizen I appreciate that.

Went in today to upgrade my family plan. Destinee was the best. Patient, knowledgeable and saved us money. I couldn’t be happier with how she helped us!

Josh Anderson saved my life!! I lost my I-phone and he was able to give me my options. He mentioned we should try and pin point it. Sure enough, it was u see my seat in my truck! My life is on that phone. He did an amazing job. He was my biggest fan for me to find my phone. Thanks Josh!
