Great customer service! Beautiful clothes and the makeup Department was so nice to me. They helped me pick out my foundation shade and designed it on my face. It was just great!

I took a jacket back for my niece that they had forgot to take security tag off. I had receipt on my phone but that wasn't good enough. Manger was very rude and so was one of the cashiers. All I wanted was for them to take it off. Wouldn't took but a minute. I was real emotional that day , had just had chemo treatment and my niece was waiting transport to Jackson with her heart. I. Know help is hard to find and they're having to hire just anybody but l wish higher management would make it policy for their employees to be co nsiderate of everyone like it used to be.

Belk overall is a good department store but the Oxford Belk store is so very cluttered that it gives me anxiety to try n sort through their racks!! Sometimes more is just more and not better!!

Love their prices on children's clothes, always fine a great deal. Gave five star only thing have a problem with is finding someone to check us out last couple times.

Belk was great. Employees were extremely helpful, especially Brenda. She went out of her way, above and beyond to help us find the items we were seeking and then checked us out. I recommend belk for any and all apparel needs.

Great prices! 5 women's tops & a pair of pants for less than $100. The most expensive item was an MSU shirt, but we gotta represent them dawgs!

The cashier was rather pleasant even tho she was so busy. She was the only one. I think the other lady went to lunch or got off. But thank you .
