I love everyone at All Pets. Their compassion, care, kindness, and knowledge have been a godsend to me and the pups. I can't imagine belonging anywhere else. The time and attention spent at each appointment - I never feel rushed and I always feel heard and understood. The communication is so wonderful here as well!
The vet we see is Dr. Paul and he’s literally helped to save my sweet pups life. I am forever grateful and appreciative of the staff here.

We were very impressed and happy with All Pets. Each person we interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that Dr. Paul was neither patronizing nor high-handed: he struck the perfect balance of treating us as reasonably informed laypeople, and that's not always easy to do! That said, the aspect we appreciated the most was the caring and thoughtful way each employee approached our dog. He tends to be friendly but nervous at the vet, and both Dr. Paul and the vet tech, Katie, did an amazing job of helping him to be calm and see them as friendly (peanut butter always helps!).

Dr. Paul and staff are always so compassionate with Sassafras. They are upfront about care and cost. Their clear communication is so appreciated and refreshing. She loves everyone there and her health is improving under their care. I could not be more pleased or reassured. They are equally compassionate and knowledgeable a hard find.

All Pets has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kim, the Vet Tech, was gracious and patient while working so very well with my cat, Bleu. Dr. Paul spent time with us, answered questions, and did not hurry us, which seems to be the norm regarding any patient appointment by other vets. This was my first in-depth appointment, and I was really impressed with everyone. The front staff was also very, very nice. I appreciated the vet's and vet tech's patience and time spent with us. They took the time to answer questions, listen, and research when they did not immediately know the answers. All Pets has very fair costs of services which is another positive aspect of this veternarian practice.

Everyone connected to all pets from the minute you telephone for an appointment to the instant you check out is always knowledgeable, compassionate, gentle and seemingly genuine about caring for our pets. Compassion shown will be your favorite thing about All Pets.

The All Pets staff has always been helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns about my cat whether by phone call, email or in person visit. I am happy to recommend them. Their prompt attention, response time and caring about my pet is what I appreciate most.

Everyone from the front desk to the vet assistants to the veterinary doctor was very interactive and informative. You get the feeling they truly care about providing excellent care for your pet as well as the owner.

They were able to get me and my dog in as a walk in appointment I am so very thankful he is already showing improvement. They saw him in a timely manner, they were very kind, and also showed that they were concern too which made me feel as though they had his best interest at heart.

The staff is very caring, efficient and makes my pet and I very comfortable during our visit. All Pets has on-site testing and equipment to determine your pets illnesses.... unlike some clinics that have to send most of their tests out. The friendly staff and the fact that the doctor can determine the pet's illness due to having proper equipment on site is a plus.

I was very pleased with my first visit to All Pets.. I feel hopeful that my little Shitzu Minnie will get the help she needs. The staff was very supportive & this was the best communication I’ve experienced in Asheville in a very long time. It put me at ease. Thank you.❤

I felt that all my questions and concerns were listened to and taken seriously. I feel that my dog is in excellent care here and that my values for natural care factor in to the recommendations from the vet. Something significant that my former vet missed was spotted and treated during my first visit to All Pets, and I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Cook and his team! They are wonderful.

I'm always so appreciative of the Office communication, the time given in appointments, and the 5 Star care my animals receive. Dr. Valeika is wonderful! It is obvious that his number one goal is to provide top notch medical support to our dog and cat!

We had a wonderful first experience at this fantastic veterinary hospital. The staff were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient from the front reception through to our appointment with Dr. Foster. I can't imagine a better fit for us and our two dogs. I did a lot of research to pick the best vet to use in our new home town and it paid off! Dr. Foster was amazing with Cricket!

Was so glad they could fit us in today! Somehow got mixed up and didn't make an appt but they were so nice and gave us their soonest next appt The doc was great with our two cats- calm and had treats! We also appreciated the education provided for health maintenance moving forward.
