I had purchased 40 cards and when I went to pick up my order there were only about 16 cards in the package. The woman working the counter was very apologetic and fulfilled the rest of my order right away but the mixup cost me my entire lunch break waiting for the mistake to be corrected. When the order was complete, the woman counted out the cards and envelopes in front of me. I should have double counted again after her as I just noticed today that the order is short 12 envelopes. There was a 50% off deal so the pricing was great as well as the quality. I will consider coming back but will definitely count everything before paying for my order.

Disappointed in the level of professionalism. Print cut weird, awful customer service. Not a pleasant experience
