Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Nikki has been doing my hair for a couple years now and always does a great job. She gets the color and cut spot on and takes her time. She, Charlie and Angie are the absolute best and are friendly, professional and just overall good people. The salon is always clean. Highly recommend.

Never liked Fantastic Sam's until now! Teresa was wonderful!!! I have wavy and thin hair, and have never had the right haircut. She knew exactly how to cut and shape my hair to give it volume and more texture. I explained what I wanted, and she explained what she could do to make it work best for me. I will definitely go back to her!

Nikki in Weaverville did a fabulous job with my haircut- my hair had been growing out for years and I wanted to get a specific cut that had been difficult for others to get just right in the past. She had no trouble at all and I had a beautiful cut and style in no time.
Since then, I went back to her for a trim and highlights, which turned out to be amazing also.
What impressed me more than anything was there great customer service.
I’ve been to the Weaverville facility 3 times in the last 6 months. I saw a variety of customers while I was there- affluent & everyday people, men & women, people of various ages and abilities. They treated each person individually, with kindness & professionalism.
On two separate occasions, I saw clients who needed some extra attention due to their unique mental or neurological disabilities. Each client was respectfully given appropriate attention according to their different circumstances without bringing excessive or undue attention to the clients disabilities. The staff provided excellent professional service while respectfully maintaining professional boundaries. The professionalism continued even after the client exited the facility. I was truly impressed with Nikki, Teresa, and the owner on those occasions.
When visiting, the owner has been at the check in/out desk each time, genuinely making sure customers were pleased with their services. He immediately made things right when there was a question from a customer. He promptly answered the phone, too. (Service providers in any industry don’t answer the phone with a live human being anymore or even come to the phone at all sometimes.)

I took my two-year-old to get a haircut, he was not in the best of moods and a haircut at self required a lot of patience with a child his age. The first initial girl that went to cut it wasn't too great and kind of seemed rude. But a different girl came over and did it so fast and so easily am I so patient. And did everything she could to keep my son happy and can send through it. I will definitely be returning to HER.

Lovely staff, nice prices, short wait time even for walk-ins. I hardly ever get my haircut but they recognize me every time I go inside. Have never left disappointed and the stylists always make absolutely sure to know what you want instead of assuming anything and cutting too short.

Fantastic Sam's in Weaverville is awesome!! We showed up at 4:45 and they were closing at 5:00 but they were able to squeeze us in anyway. My daughter got a great haircut and it was affordable too!! Brandi is the best!

Alyssa and Shelby are great. I consider Alyssa one of my own and it wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Not o ly do we get great cuts but we are treated like family. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

They do a great job with my hair. Always know the best colors that will work for what i want color wise. Wonderful ladies that work there, Super friendly

My husband and I got haircuts here today and were VERY HAPPY with the results. Brandie and Alyssa did our haircuts and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Although a chain, it is the hairdressers who make or break the salon. I've had Brandie highlight and cut my hair for over a year. She us awesome!!!

Eric took me right in and colored and cut & styled my hair! He did a wonderful job and was sweet and friendly as always!

First customer of the day. Sondra listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Very kind and efficient. My 3rd visit. Will return.
