Excellent customer service and repair. Busted the screen on my nearly new s23 ultra, didn't know where to get it fixed. Glad I found AMA. Everyone there is super nice and professional. They got the parts and fixed my phone the next day. Highly recommend stopping by for any needed phone service.

Have to say David went above an beyond with my phone went in to have the screen replaced on my iPhone 11 got that all squared away but David noticed my phone kept saying no sim so he took it back apart an discovered that a small cable had come loose reconnected the cable re assembled phone an bam worked great, but that’s not all he then noticed the new screen had a dark spot on the bottom so Mr. David took it back apart again an replaced the screen for a second time. Very reasonable on price for all work completed to fix my phone I’m very much appreciative of his work will def. Recommend an will be a returning costumer, cause of his work an professionalism thanks again David

Amazing AMAZING customer service. The guy that helped me today and his lady assistant were both so sweet to me! I do not live in this area and had about 3 hours left of my drive home and they took a look at my phone and helped me understand what was wrong with it. Both of them were extremely friendly and forthcoming and seemed like such genuine people. I was very pleased with how well they treated me as a customer and then didn't even charge me for their time of looking over the phone unlike most places. Thank you guys for being the way you are! Keep it up!!

Love this place, my husband had a new phone no directions came with it. He took it up there , they knew exactly what to do. We always get the guy named David, very knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to help someone. Only draw back US Cellular won't let them sell their phones. But other carriers will. Can't say enough of how good they are. Try them out,.you will love them.❤

Happened in there some 10 years ago on errand with a friend. David saw my (cracked screen) iphone, told me he would put me in newest model for about $100. He did it and after buying my old one for the parts, net $100. From that point on, I’ve never gone anywhere else, and he’s become a good friend. He’s also repaired my phone when I fully expected to buy a new card one, saying my old one repaired would be just as good. Everyone there alone is better than the lot of Verizon/Sprint/Etc employees all together. If you want to have a cell phone service advocate who will put you in a good phone, not charge you 2x thru a bad LT contract , someone you can trust, go to AMA. You’ll be telling your friends about them.

I bought a Galaxy 9 plus for $280 and it works great! All the components are new. I could have ordered it off internet for less but needed a phone right then because my phone died.

They were helpful, fast and competent when repairing my phone. Then when the party they replaced was defective, they replaced it easily, quickly, and with no trouble the second time. He was careful to check all parts the second time including what was not working on the defective party as well as what my original replacement was. They even let me come in later than they normally do repairs to replace the defective part. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the prices are great.

Don't be fooled by outside appearances. This shop is family owned and been around for a long time. They are the best local cell phone place. I love the service and phone I got from them. I've also had great luck with a repairing expensive phone for $30 and under 5 minutes when Verizon deemed it unrrpairablr and a replacement was starting at $300. I think this place is now my go to for no hassle cell phone service. They will not BS you <3

Fixed my phone screen in ten minutes and cleaned out my charger port and even put a screen protector. Gave me the best quote of all the places I called. Employees were very nice and professional very happy with them :)
