The Folks at Carolina Mountain Pharmacy are always willing to help in any way they can. They make sure I get a fair price for my medicine without insurance. There are other pharmacies that charge 10 times what CMP charges me because those pharmacies don't care about people. It seems to me that CMP wants to make sure people can get the medicine they need at a reasonable price just because they care about the well being of their customers. I am thankful for them.

Carolina Mountain Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy! The customer service they provide is amazing! The prices are unbelievably cheap even without insurance!!! If I could give more stars 🌟 I would!

Well we have dropped back in time with this wonderful caring pharmacy! Finally a place you can have prescriptions filled and receive the best care too. Jared opened this pharmacy and I am so glad. He is the most available, knowledgeable, and caring pharmacist I have had the pleasure of meeting! I go only to him for my flu shot, even though my insurance doesn't pay, as he never hurts and never have a huge knot. Staff help you and never fail to say thank you and let us know if you have questions. We have called Jared many times with questions and he always has time! Thanks Jared and staff for being the greatest around. It is truly a blessing not to deal with the "big" bad stores.

I love Carolina Mountain Pharmacy! This is not a big chain pharmacy. This pharmacy is locally owned and operated. I love that! I would much rather support small businesses than the big chain places. And, this place is super convenient! They are located at the corner of Smokey Park Hwy and Pisgah Hwy/151. They are very easy to get in and out of, and they have a convenient drive through window.
The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are really knowledgeable and, will gladly address any questions you may have about your prescriptions. They also carry everything else that you would expect to find at a pharmacy.
Carolina Mountain Pharmacy has plenty of parking and is handicapped accessible. They are open until 7:00pm Mon - Fri and until 12:00 on Saturday.
I highly recommend going to them for all of your health care needs! You won't be disappointed!

Ever since my husband has been going here they have been the nicest people we've met at a pharmacy, we switched here since CVS and any other place we have been was always rude and took forever to get our prescriptions, but they are accurate and listen tp you and it take way less than 15 to 20 minutes and they deliver to your house no extra cost to you, so you see why we love going here it is their family business a d they do you very good , I give them 5 stars anyday!!!! Great job!!!!😍👌👍💜

The one rating score by another post MUST have either poor communication with the staff member or possibly the pharmacy had a bad timing/day. I’ve had CVS for years and they were HORRIBLE!!! But with CMP, I’ve been with them for about 2-3 years. I believe they do a professional job … they are very prompt, sends msgs to let me know when the prescriptions are filled, AND I even had them delivered my meds a couple times when I was unable to get transportation to pick them up. The staff members are ALWAYS FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS!! Even when they do have busy days and a VERY FEW times where things didn’t go the way it was promised, they did let me know when my meds can be filled as soon as they get more shipment of prescriptions in stock! IDT I would ever leave them bc compared to CVS or others, this pharmacy really does stand out!!!!

Hands down, the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Left cvs for them and one of the best choices ever! It even costs less and they deliver to me! No more waiting and it's lovely. No big box pharmacy will pay attention to your meds like these guys do.

Wonderful staff! Great service, I never wait very long! They are all so very sweet and genuine! They have gotten to know me on a much deeper level than any other pharmacy I have been with. I will stick with them as long as they are around!!

Jared and his team are absolutely excellent! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and they do not hesitate to answer any questions that I have. I'm always in and out very quickly, or use the convenience of the drive-thru. My whole family has switched to Carolina Mountain, and we could not be more pleased!

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever experienced from any pharmacy around! I do support small, local businesses, so that’s a plus in my book. But the customer service at this location is above and beyond what I expected it to be. I will never shop anywhere else for my prescriptions. I love Jared, Roxanne, Wendy, and all the others. They treat me like family every time I come through there and I could not ask for more!

Carolina Mountain Pharmacy has consistently provided the absolute best pharmacy experience I have ever had! They are kind, super helpful and super-fast! To top it all off, they are locally owned and operated! If you haven’t tried Carolina Mountain Pharmacy yet, then you are definitely missing out!

Awesome experience! Nice staff and employees here everyone iv ever spoken to here has been way more than nice and they also have alot of neat choices 2 choose from outside of drug store things lol matter of a fact I have an item I bought there actually 2 and thec1 is a pair of glasses and they are light pink plastics and I also have a pill faub/key chain/flash light all in one I will try to upload pics of them I'm tryin my best to be a good Google guide for u guys any suggestions please feel free to offer them opinions

I love this Pharmacy their very fast in filling your prescription but more than that Jarrod and his employees treat you with much kindness.
Jarrod is very alert for sure , I had forgotten my Dr. told me to stop taken one of my regular prescription because of a new one he had just put me on. Thank goodness Jarrod wouldn't fill the old prescription. It could have been bad for me if he hadn't of caught this error. Thank you Lord for Jarrod 😇
