Arby's

I had never been here. I didn't even know that Honey Baked had a restaurant option! The food was great and reasonably priced for our area. I had the Honey Baked meal with potato salad that reminded me of my mom's potato salad. The sandwich was freshly made and full of goodness. Try it at least once, you'll be glad you did. The staff were friendly and helpful.

They don't just have hamburgers here.They have a big selection of sandwiches, and u won't get soggy or cold food.The place is clean too.They do have a limited choice of milkshake flavors.The flavors that are available are good though.

I tried the new fish sandwich. I liked it better than its McDonald's counterpart. The roast beef was good too.

Very good food! Hot and delicious. I had the roast beef slider and it was fresh. The jalapeño bites with the Bronco Berry sauce is soo good! Great service!

Always Great Food. Super staff. When I go in Always clean.two of my sandwiches was not in the order when I got home. I called. No problem, they were so kind. Told me to stop by pick up the sandwiches tomorrow.. awesome customer service. Thanks Arby's

Went there around 8:30 or so Wednesday night. (October 12th) They weren’t busy so as soon as I was ready to order the gentleman waited on me right away. Nice guy, I think he was the manager on duty. Chit chatted back and forth a bit while I waited. Cooked me fresh fries so there was a tiny wait. Totally understandable and proves his commitment to customer service. Even thru in a roast beef and cheddar they had extra because of the wait. Which wasn’t long at all.

Good employees, clean, foods right up my alley. Bathroom was a bit of a mess but really a solid 8.5 if I have to rate it all together.

It's fast food at its best here at this Arby's, every time I have been here it has been very fast from ordering to getting your food. The staff here as always been great and I have never had a staff member argue with me or give anyone a hard time. They do there very best to give you what was asked of them.

Good food. Nice folks. No complaints.

I got the meats!! Keep thin slicing the meats!! (Sometimes it's thick and that throws off the flavor. :( ) Otherwise always faster than most other Arby's in town!

The food was fresh and hot. The people who work there were very nice and pleasant. I normally go through the drive-thru and eat in the car. I actually went inside and ate and had a nice experience.

The order taker was very pleasant to speak with. My food order was correct, hot, and delicious. The price of the food was very reasonable. My order was given, paid for, and picked up at the window in a very timely manner.

My orders (even large ones) have been right, the employees have been nice, and my food has been hot. I don't know what else I could ask for lol she even put sauces in my bag before I asked this time. :) Plus the remodel is nice.

Stopped here on the way to TN. We came at a busy time around 7 on a Friday night. Excellent customer service. All the employees were superb. “B” the guy working in the restaurant was extremely kind to our daughter by giving her a toy, when we didn’t order her a kids meal. We dined inside. When my husband received his sandwich it was wrong, and “B” came right over to give him the correct sandwich.

I met the nicest employees I have ever met in retail at this little Arby's. I am old and stiff and was trying to throw away a plastic bottle and I walked up to a small person that worked there and I asked her if there was any garbage cans and she said there was one inside, and then she said I'll take that for you. She was on break, she didn't have to do that, but she did and then she said happy mother's Day!

We rec'd the usual excellent service that I'm now used to from the folks that work there. The trio at the drive-thru window were even pleasant after just dealing w/a nasty customer! (08/26/2020)

I try to take advantage of the Arby's coupons each month & have now started to call in my order ahead of time, particularly b/c I'm getting a larger order.

My ONLY COMPLAINT is with the Arby's TPTB b/c ya'll were responsible for the onion rings getting the ax! 😡 Ya'lls were the best!! Bring them back plzzzzz!

Much better than my last visit. I had been going to the location off Long Shoals Rd, but my grandpa and I happened to be on this side of town. Food was ready way quicker than I'm previously used to, I hadn't even had a chance to get our drinks and set my blind grandpa down. The guy at the front counter brought our food over to us! Super impressed with the improvements they have made here!!!!

Great special on the Beef & Cheddar. And always a Jamocha shake.

Cost a bit more than any other fast food restaurant in town. But about the best food compared to our other fast food chains lol
So if you ain't from around here or haven't tried any of Arby's delicious sandwiches.
Stop by and experience the great tasting food and also desserts! You won't regret it!
