North Davidson Realty is a wonderful place to rent from!! The property managers are so nice and helpful. Anytime I need something fixed they are on top of it!!

They were truly professional and willing to assist me in locating a place to lodge , before I arrive at their house for rent , I discovered another house which is where that door open for me to move in shortly, I was out that day seeking and found what I was looking for , I was knocking and the door was open by Jehovah who helps me in every area of my life , health and strength.

AWESOME!!! One word describes my experience with Pam Hanes and North Davidson Realty. After speaking with 4 local realtors, I went with the one who offered the best customer service. I live in Florida but have owned a home in Lexington, NC for quite some time. After taking a few weeks to get my home fixed up, it came time to sell. Pam made the transition as easy as possible. In less than two weeks, Pam had multiple offers including one cash offer which was accepted. In less than 2 weeks, a for sale sign was placed in the yard, house shown and offers submitted, sales contract accepted and house closed with funds wire transferred to me!!! What more can a seller ask for? Communication was great, service provided was great. I cannot express how easy this went. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell a house in Davidson County contact Pam Hanes at North Davidson Realty. Awesome Job Pam!!!

BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT hire these people for property management!!!!! They will allow your property(ies) to become absolutely trashed over the years and do not follow up and increase rents as they should; do not inspect and keep up repairs as they should and do not communicate with the home owners - because, in short - they DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS. Period. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

North Davidson Realty is a true definition of a realty/property management company that cares for the almighty dollar without any concern with customer service. Most of my complaint goes out towards the crappy maintenance department or contractor they have on payroll. Maintenance is completely subpar and definately needs a new maintenance team that knows what they are doing, I am the Maintenance Supervisor of a Luxury apartment complex and if I did work this bad, I would fire myself. An air handler should not look the way it did when we moved in, there are holes in the subflooring, the maintenance team can't even figure out the flow of electricity, it took several days for the maintenance team to come out days after the Hot Water Heater finally blew when it should be repaired that day, I've complained of many things that needed to be repaired and still isn't fixed, the seal around the door of the fridge has been dry rot and torn and the fridge does not close properly for months and have complained many times and still not fixed, I complain to the realty company and apparently it's not their problem and they say just keep calling the maintenance guy (i should only have to report an issue once) I DO NOT RECOMMEND NORTH DAVIDSON REALTY!!!! The only reason I haven't moved to the property I work is because I'm stuck in a lease that will not let you terminate or buy out of until the lease is over. The dumbasses can't even cut the damn grass once a month and causes snakes all over the place. These are unsafe living conditions

Absolutely no maintenance on the properties. If you can get them to consider selling a property, will verbally agree on a selling price and be thousands more on the contract.
