We have worked with Al in purchasing a home in the past but this was our first time selling. With Al's expertise and guidance we were able to get over asking price on the first day! The crew he uses for the video, walk through, and photos did a high quality professional job to make our home stand-out. He had our back during negotiations and even stepped up to get straw spread when I was upset about the mud mess left by a septic inspection. Al was phenomenal in helping me by my first home. He negotiated the price more than I thought would even be possible. He held my hand through every step since I didn't know the process. He patiently answered every question I had many of which I'm sure, were silly. He quickly responded to every text and every email while guiding me step by step. He even recommended floor refinished, cleaners, and handyman all of which I used and who did excellent work.

From the limited time frame to find the right home to the snafus that happened during the remote closing, Al was great at communicating where we were in the process. He helped to find quotes for repairs, negotiated a reduction in price for the repairs needed in the home, he went by the house after torrential rains and sent video of what the home and property looked like in those conditions, he even put a little surprise in our fridge for when moving day came. Al's team is truly great, professional, stress free and hard working. My wife and I started a house search and 10 days later we were under contract to purchase our first home in the Asheville area. He helped us draft a competitive offer at lower than list price of the home that was accepted by the seller. Unbelievable he was able to get our offer accepted in this crazy hot market. I used Al Sartorelli Real Estate to move to Asheville from Baton Rouge and the leasing process could not have gone smoother! We purchased our home practically totally remote. While we had visited the Asheville area in the past and knew generally where we wanted to live, we thought not being on-site was going to be a challenge. And with the hot market we couldn't just jump in a car and drive 12 hours to look at a house. (I tried once, and the market was so hot that one of the two homes I was going to look at was already under contract)
