Main Street Renewal - Raleigh

Lived in my home for several months without any issues. Last night my fridge went out and the technician has already completed my repair. Food is so expensive right now and I was happy someone came out so quickly. He called me and gave me a reasonable timeline so I was able to be home.

Thanks to Theo for coming out and repairing plumbing issues. He was very professional and took the time to explain what the problems were and resolved them all. He also communicated with me during the day so that I had a better idea of arrival time, which helps me tremendously with planning during my work day and coordinating carpool.

Craig was outstanding. When what originally appeared to be a simple job turned out to be an entire replacement of our garage door opener he tackled the challenge without complaint and returned the following day to finish and clean up. So far every service technician we have dealt with in the 3 years of being renters here have been knowledgeable and competent. Thank you Craig!

Listen idk who pays Theo but he needs a raise!! A Christmas bonus or something! He came promptly at the time that was sent to me. He did was amazing job on my stove and fixing my shower. He made sure to include me in what he was doing so I was well informed and we even got in a few laughs. He was respectful of our home and was in and out in no time. I hope that he does all of our repairs.

The initial complaint was that the heater was not working. The technician showed up properly at the time that he was scheduled incorrect the problem however, he noticed that the unit had not been maintenance in a while so he contacted Main Street and they probably gave him the OK to do the preventive maintenance, so we should not have any more problems. I like the way that Mainstreet is proactive and preventing the problem not just waiting till something breaks down.

Craig was fast, friendly and professional. Fixed our stove with no issues. Very happy with his visits. He is welcome back anytime!

I was having troubles with my garage door. Mr. Craig came in fixed it in an extremely timely manner, garage is working perfect now! He showed up on time and he was very friendly and professional.

Theo was an amazing maintenance tech !! Took care of all my needs in a timely fashion, VERY professional and knowledgeable about what he does. Definitely would recommend him again. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Came in diagnosed the dishwasher problem quickly, got the new timer part and was back fixing it super fast without a hitch. Very personable and even showed me what the exact issue was and the mechanicals to fix it. Very cool! Very appreciative of his help!

Great work by Luis on our kitchen sink drains. When the house was renovated the builders used faulty sealant around the drains, which eventually broke down and allowed water to leak. Luis was knowledgeable in correcting the issue and fixed it for the long term.

Craig was super prompt and sweet. He gave us excellent service and made sure all of our issues were fixed before leaving. Very nice and respectful guy!

While scheduling the maintenance with MSRenewal wasn’t as efficient as it could be, Craig was great. He quickly assessed the problem, got the necessary parts to fix it that day and resolved the issue.

UPDATE: Yesterday, Theo, the maintenance man, skillfully resolved the maintenance concerns I had at my residence. Remarkably, he went the extra mile to repair my doorbell. I am extremely satisfied with both his service and his effective communication abilities.

UPDATE: Rachid Sedik is highly professional and polite, ensuring efficient completion of tasks. He repaired my closet door and ceiling fan in a remarkably short time of less than 15 minutes. Theo Hayes managed to take a look at our bathtubs and handled some caulk that was starting to mold. He handled two bathtubs and was in and out in under an hour!
