My novo2 broke after 3 weeks, I emailed smok and was referred to mail it to MadVapes NC. I called up and made sure i followed protocol and MadVapes staff was extremely nice/helpful and told me to ship it out with my proof of purchase/RMA form and I did just that today.My device was sometimes recognizing the pods but wasn’t giving me any vape airflow at all and was flashing the light. I’ve been using a disposable the past few days so I really hope My claim will get squared away quick. Ive heard nothing but great things about MadVapes and positive feedback so I will definitely be recommending them to 2 buddies of mine that live out in North Carolina. I was a little scared about sending my vape in due to all the reviews that were posted. To be honest, my experience was nothing like the reviews. On the form is says 2-3 weeks and it was 3 weeks. So thank you guys for replacing my vape for me. Thank you for the great customer service.

Fantastic experience at Madvapes on West Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Jacob took the time to listen and matched me with the perfect product to replace my Mistic e-cig cartridges that are no longer sold. Great store, great products, great salesman.

Originally I started ordering from a store over the internet and was dissatisfied with the quality of product and customer service. I was thrilled when I saw a shop specifically made for e-cigs was coming to my town. I've been going there since I quit smoking in March 2014 and they've really helped me customize and enhance my experience with my vaporizer. I really enjoy doing business with them, they provide excellent customer service from the moment I walk through the door, get advice on products, make my purchase, and walk back out ... I haven't met a single person that hates working there or provides horrible customer service yet. They have such a huge variety of flavors, brands, e-cig parts to look through ... it's really amazing. AND they let you try the flavor before you buy it which for me is a huge plus because I'm poor (preaching to the choir right?). I went there today with battery troubles, a very helpful man named Darrel cleaned my battery and steered me in the right direction because I was doing something that prevented my cigarette battery from charging. Dreads, I believe is the store manager, and he is always so helpful and knowledgeable when I come in. Patrick is super sweet and I can tell he enjoys enhancing customers experience while at the store.
Bottom line, I'd recommend this location to all of my friends and family and even you strangers out here on the internet.

Fastest Processing period ever! Ordered Sunday afternoon, and package was processed and ready to go within 2 hours of them opening Monday morning.
